10 bucks for a few chips and a tablespoon of queso. Rip off. Less portions by far if you order take out. This applies to maineal as well. Will never order from this place again.

I usually enjoy pepper Jack's but today was just bad. Ordered the chicken Philly and was asked if onion, mushrooms and green peppers were ok. I told them no mushrooms but add jalapeños. They repeat what I asked for and start making it. I was asked about fries so I start talking to them. My order finishes and I go sit down and find out they put more mushrooms than jalapeños in my sandwich. Its a longer line and I don't have time to go wait again so I picked off most get about halfway through and finally give up after biting into another mushroom. I understand mistakes happen but this happened on a door dash order as well.

Their service was good, and the food was good. My only concern was that the floor was kind of sticky, but overall it was a great lunch.

I used to like coming to this place. My kids love the kids meals here, and I will give them credit for the food. It is good. The customer service on the other hand has consistently gotten worse over the last couple months. The new group of employees seem to not care. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich today. Almost a quarter of the bun wasn't cut and it didn't have any meat or cheese on it. How does this get by 3 employees and a manager and nobody says anything about it. It was out in the open, they all saw it. On top of that, they didn't start cooking my kids meals until I reminder them about it after they put my half of a sandwich on the counter. Probably won't be back, this isn't the first time I've had issues with customer service here.... Update, August 19th, 2022. Way over priced and employees are still horrible and don't clean. Way over priced

The food is very good here. It's well seasoned and tastes pretty close to a cheesesteak you would get in Philly...BUT the service here is absolutely terrible. I have been here twice, dealt with the same staff. Their attitudes are awful. Like I'm such an inconvenience to order food and give them business. I always feel rushed when ordering and all I see is eyerolling and speaking negatively about customers under their breath (but loud enough you can hear). I won't be coming back to this location and I would advise you to try a different location!

My wife and I had never been to a Pepper Jax Grill, it was fantastic. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were extremely helpful, took the time to answer our noob questions, and made us some stellar cheese steak sandwiches. We're both looking forward to heading back again for dinner. The mushroom gravy was on point......my new favorite. If ya haven't checked them out, you really should, damn tasty.

These are amazingly great Phillies. Fireball all the way! Delicious!Customer service and attitude make every public encounter we face difficult. As of late it's the people who make great experiences. Those people are far and few between.

I went in for dinner and got a steak philly and fries. The guys were nice, but the food was so/so. the Philly had almost no cheese and they barely put any toppings on it. The meat wasn't completely dry, but horribly salty. The fries were just standard and barely crispy and a tad over-salted. For $14 I expected much much better. This was a sub $10 quality meal.

It was great!!! Fresh food cooked right in front of me. The staff were friendly. The place was clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the Philly sandwich & shrimp bowl. May be my new go to place. A bit expensive though.

Trust me, you DO NOT want to get the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. They empty an entire box of salt on it. I called the Manager to complain and he advised me that is the way they make it. It was SOOOOO salty that it made my tounge glands sting severely. I had to SPIT IT OUT. The entire sandwich was THAT salty. Trust me when I say DO NOT get the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. Out of their own mouth, they told me THAT is the way they make it. I will NEVER darken this restaurant's door nor order on line from them again.
