I have been buying veggie personal pan pizza for years. Recently, it appears that they started charging extra for jalapenos. That adds $2.46 for 5 jalapeños they add to a tiny pizza costing $12 for the pizza now. Since when jalapenos are not vegetable? This pure Price Gouging attempt. Going forward I will look other alternate to Pizza Hut!

I wish i could post a picture. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for a fresh pizza. When I open the box, it looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for two days and upset my stomach. That was Disgusting!!! Never will i ever get Pizza Hut pizza again.

This location did not offer the large three topping "tastemaker" special like other nearby locations, but my takeout pizza order was correct and ready on time.My large, thin crust, one topping pizza ($10.99) was delicious, with a good quantity of evenly distributed toppings on a tasty crust with fair amounts of cheese and sauce.The service at the takeout counter was prompt and professional. I noticed seating for a few people in the takeout area.Overall, A-OK.

I am done with the franchise in general after several attempts at deliveries from this location. The Supreme pizza stuffed crust is supremely subpar with a combination of bland ingredients. Either pizza huts menu has atrophied to nuclear waste or this locations menu options /cooking/ingredients are that bad.

Extremely short staffed. Orders are taking twice as long, delivery is hit or miss if they have staff. The staff behind the counter is keeping a smile on their face and doing the best that they can. Be kind when you visit the carryout counter, they are truly trying.

Whoever the new guy is at the counter, is pretty horrible. Told me my order wasn’t in their system. Showed him the receipt and order number. He still proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my order. Asked him to look in the oven and he did not. Told him I need another person to assist me. The 2nd employee found the order in 2 seconds and it was in the oven. I was so frustrated because he didn’t have any care in the world. Just another person that has to fill the position and he is making your business look bad. Needless to say, I will not even entertain this location with an order while this employee is still there.

Our pizza was given away to someone else and they told my friend picking it up that "they can't find our pizza so they have to remake it" they made him wait 30 more minutes, no apologies no explanation. I called up to this location to get a better understanding of what took so long, the employee KIMI laughed while saying " you're not going to get any food" and hung up on me. I called back just to get hung up on again by KIMI. I finally got ahold of the manager but he did little to resolve the situation . I'll never order pizza from this location, they always mess up the order and this was the last time I'll give them my money. I'm also filing a corporate complaint against KIMI , when THEY mess up and hang up on the customer, it's too much.
