“That’s disgusting!”So I have had terrific service from the Pizza Hut in Lenexa off 7 highway. I ordered from this location because I live nearby. An absolute failure.I ordered a medium pizza and because I had points on the app, some Cinnabon minis.I pick them up, take them home. The pizza was badly undercooked, doughy in the middle. I wasn’t happy, but my attitude was that everyone can have an off day. We were hungry, and at least we had the Cinnabon to look forward to.Not so much.They were raw dough. Raw. Dough. It was literally inedible. I called to complain, and they apologized and offered to remake them. That’s reasonable, so I accepted and went back in.Interestingly, the kids working the shop were far more helpful and had better attitudes than their manager.We went in, and we brought back the Cinnabon’s to show them what we meant. The kid at the front opened the box, took a look, and said “That’s disgusting.” He went back to get the new order, and before I left, I opened the box to make sure they were right. I’m glad I did. The picture attached is what we got.I pulled one off to check it. The manager walked up as we were discussing. She was offering to credit it back but clearly wasn’t happy about it. , As soon as I tasted one to verify that it was dough, she said in a very snotty voice, “If you’re going to keep eating them like that, I won’t give you credit.” Her arrogant and defensive attitude made it very clear that she thought I was scamming her, and yeah, that was pretty offensive.Then she doubled down. I told her that the dough clearly hadn’t risen, and she was adamant that they were prepared correctly and this is just the way they are (no it’s not). I was polite through the whole encounter — at least on the outside.As her attitude got worse and worse, it was clear she thought I was trying to steal from her. I finally told her to just keep them. She said, “Fine!” and walked off, and I left. Those rolls were basically a sticky form of Flubber.I plan to call on Monday; I’ll try to post an update with the results of that call. It’s too bad; the other location does a great job. If I didn’t know that, I’d NEVER go to a Pizza Hut again.The kids there were great and trying to do a good job; the manager was a wreck, and so was the food.

Pizza is standard at best. This location is close, so it's generally good for last minute food. However the staff is fairly questionable. There have been times my wife or I have picked up and workers seem to be high, or generally just really unprofessional. when calling in orders you can hear employees Clowning around, making the order taking process distracting and hard to accomplish. They DoorDash most the orders, which if ordered online you can bypass the unprofessionalism, but then you better be tipping well just to get your order in a decent amount of time. Personally l, I like calling my orders in.. We'll be going to a different location from now on. Maybe drug test these kids. Or at minimum step up the training.

Beware of this location. They use door dash when they don't have enough delivery drivers. After well over an hour of waiting for our pizza (on a Thursday night) after being told it would be 25-30 minutes, I called to check in on it and was literally told to go f-myself. I filed a complaint with Pizza Hut's 1-800 number and was told I'd hear back in 3 days. A week later I still have not heard anything from anyone.
We’ve been ordering here since this location was down the road by Austins. We’ve never had any issues, and there pizza is consistently great. I HIGHLY recommend the pan pizza crust, it’s buttery and crispy.
Only reason they got one star was because they were quick with delivery. But upon opening the pizzas it was clear why......Sent emails and called. Corporate insists the store will reach out to make things right.... nope.....Shoulda just got sarpinos
