Had spin after work for Lunch , was Very dead inside was greeted And made my order upfront for dine in , sat down Pizza Was Out Right away Ordered a Sprite from the table and was asked For my credit Card to pay for the sprite asked if I can pay once I’m leaving for Like any other dine in Restaurant waiter looked At me as if I was suspicious . I paid and left shortly after very weird Environment .

Marquis was awesome! We were a lot, with 3 kids and everyone talking at once, but he stayed cool and calm with us and everything was correct. He was very patient, friendly, and personable. Everyone working was very nice. There was a lady on her second day of training who seemed to be doing a great job as well. Food was exactly as expected, consistent at every location every time. Get the meatballs!! All of the gelato was fire, I couldn’t decide which flavor because they were all so good. Ended up getting Mocha, was not disappointed. This is my new favorite location, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, great food, nice area. Thanks y’all!

I don't even want to give 1 star it was so bad here. They forgot half of our order. Our kids had to wait another 10 minutes after our food came out to eat thier food.All of the tables were dirty. We had to walk up to the counter to get drink refills. The restaurant was filthy. They had around 8 employees, standing around watching TV while our drinks were empty, tables dirty, no plates given to eat off of. I have no idea why there is even an option to tip. What in the world would someone be tipping for?? As a whole restaurant you all need to do better! Worst experience. Should be embarrassed to be in the service industry.

Service was quick, servers were attentive and the food was very good. They had a nice menu selection of pizzas and salads. We didn't indulge in dessert, but they also had a great selection of gelato!

We visit KC several times a year and our relatives always get this pizza. It is a waste of time. The crust is tasteless and is doughy and full of air it seems. Not crisp either. The tomato sauce is bland as is the tasteless sausage and cheese. Many frozen pizzas far exceed the culinary quality of this. After being served this crap 3 times I am going to a place we research and surprise them and bring it home. I am sure KC has good pizza somewhere.

Bad experience with the manager, everything was good except the rude manager for no reason, I understand when is busy he probably is overwhelmed but not reason for being rude with customers, I paid for extra pizza he told me I had to wait one more hour, I waited, when I asked, one of the waitresses told me they threw it.???

Friendly staff and quick to refill drinks. I ordered turkey panini and Greek salad. Tasted great! Definitely would dine again. The atmosphere was also better than expected, I guess I expected a more casual feel, but was “finer” than I expected which was nice.

Came in from out of town 5 hrs and thought we would try this location close to the hotel. Big mistake. The pizza was thinner than a sheet of paper and burned of course. No spoons for the Mac and cheese or gelato for the kids.
We've eaten at SPIN! several times, but this was our first time at this location. Our pizzas were made and cooked to perfection, the salads were fresh but too much dressing for our liking. Both had good flavor. What impressed me most about this location is that all the employees were working staying busy, attentive to our needs, and never once did I see someone standing around on their phone. For me, service wins every time.
