The baristas here between 7:50-8am on April 20th were SERIOUSLY the most kind hearted people I’ve ever experienced. I swung by to pick up some coffee and casually brought up that it was my wedding day during small talk with the woman at the window, who was already so nice and friendly before I brought it up. It seriously felt like we all had been friends for years as they were so excited that me, a stranger, was getting married! They made my day even brighter and was an awesome experience, especially being my first time coming to this location. I would definitely go back just to talk to them again!

I forgot to scan my points so I ask the girl if she could scan it I had paid already I ask to scan for the points with a FUNCKY ATTITUDE, ROLLING HER EYES she said NO it's to late. I come to pay for food and a drink Not a funky attitude. .

Stopped by the Parker store in Olathe with about 7 minutes to spare before work. Had 2 people ahead of me in drive-thru, had ordered 2 drinks and was clocking in down the street a minute early. What SERVICE! Thank you, Starbucks! Will visit your store AGAIN!

When I entered the store there was nobody placing an order. Each employee in the building looked at me, yet said nothing.

People are usually very nice, but my drinks are usually made wrong. It's frustrating when you pay extra for things and they don't do it... Or don't even do the standard drink correctly.
We ordered cold foam which is $1.25 a drink and they do not put it on top of the drinks… the guy at the window, told me he couldn’t scan my phone and give me points. You also couldn’t hear him through his mask. He also took my car to run it and tipped him self.
