Very bad customer service.I ordered four sandwiches on the app.And when I picked him up I forgot to check to make sure that I got for sandwiches. I only got three of my four sandwiches.And then, it gets WORSE!When I tried to call to let them know, the store would not answer the phone! I even went to the drive-through and they still didn’t answer the drive-through!So I had to go in and get the girls attention so that she would make me my sandwich!Horrible horrible customer service!!!

This has to be the slowest subway on the planet on 10/14/20 at 1pm I entered to get a sandwich there was one person in line and it litterly took 45 minutes for him to make 2 sandwiches people behind me were walking out. No sense of "hey I have 5 customers in line maybe I should speed up" will not be coming back here again. Had he had a customer in the drive thru he probably would have lost his mind.

The short black kid that works at this location is probably the laziest person I've ever encountered. I am embarrassed for him. I don't know what career field he could excel in if making a sandwich is too much for him.

This might be the worst Subway in the city. Might be the worst I've ever been to. How do you not properly staff your store on a Saturday night. The poor girl working by herself was struggling to keep up with 3 people in line. She looked lost. Not on her fault. Whoever is managing this store needs to quit. It's obvious they have no idea what they're doing. It's not hard. Got a nice cold steak and cheese though. All other Subways should call this store and thank them for setting the bar so low. Congrats!

I went to this location on 8/24 at 8pm at night. There was one person in front of me who was ordering 3 sandwiches. Then I was second in line with one person behind me. I stood in line (waiting for the poor girl who has to be brand new and had no help as she was there by herself) for 27 min. Then when she finally finished their sandwiches she started to make mine and the lady behind me. Not only was the store out of mostly everything. She did not know how to properly make a sandwich. I worked at subway in highschool and college and we should have been in and out in less than 10 min. From me walking in the door to leaving I was there for 56 min total. That is completely not ok. You need to better train your employees and not leave ones who are brand new to close by themselves. The girl was nice and apologetic but Subway you must do better.

Don't order from here online. If they don't have what you ordered, they will substitute. If they don't have an ingredient, they will not tell you. I ordered a sandwich with Italian Herb and Cheese, plus extra tomatoes. Got neither and they didn't tell me. Found out when I got home. Called them and they said the tomatoes not being on sandwiches was posted on the door. I ordered online. I would not have ordered the sandwich if I knew. What a rip off.

Everytime I go to this location, I either have to yell for 10 minutes for an employee or I just leave because no one ever comes up to help me. Completely terrible service.
