Just stopped by to order a sandwich. They are out of bread and wraps. They said we could get a salad. You are a sandwich shop. If you have no bread you may as well shut down for the night.

I ordered 4 footlongs through the app, so around 50 dollars worth of sandwiches. I asked for curbside service, and when I arrived at the store I was alerted my order was ready and I pressed the button that said I was there, and was told my order would be brought out. About 5 min later I tried calling the store, and while I could see an employee inside, they just let the phone ring for over ten minutes. It wasn’t busy- there was only one other customer leaving when I pulled up. Then when I got my order and went home, I realized all 4 sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted were ice cold (and some were sandwiches that come toasted on the menu like a Philly cheesesteak- cold steak meat with slices of cold cheese laid on top). And the condiments were so thick and soggy on the sandwiches they had to be all scraped off to be halfway edible. Nobody answers the phone at the store so I tried leaving feedback online but only was notified that my input would be passed on with no offer to try and make anything right. Won’t be returning!

We ordered 6 subs and none of them got toasted. The Buffalo chicken was cold we had to microwave when we got home. Its consistently getting worse. We might have to try another place.

The young man that helped my daughter and I was very easy to work with when it came to the decision-making on what to put on our subs. the fast-food business can be very stressful and it sometimes shows in the employees for the employees there at that Subway where great.

Person before me gets "Eats Fresh" from the person behind the counter and a carrying bag for their sandwiches - I get neither, granted I had only ordered a single 6 inch but still, gotten both from other branches for the same order. Demeanor also slightly different compared to the previous customer, maybe because I'm brown and the previous customer was white. Just observing.
