I am a regular customer of Taco Bell so I know very well the menu. I've bought nacho crunchy tacos and when I opened my tacos, they tasted to nacho crunch tortilla with tiny beef flavor and 5 pieces of lettuce. First I thought that by mistake they did this taco almost empty but for my total surprise the 3 (three tacos of the menu) were the same: ALMOST EMPTY. Is this location being affected right now by inflation and they are reflecting the costs in the production?

Well I ordered my food in the drive-thru The lady was really nice. When I got up to the window she took her sweet time to get my payment and then proceeded on being on her cell phone for over 5 minutes texting while I'm running late for work. Once my food was ready she handed it to me did not give me sauce and was very rude I recommend nobody goes there in the morning to deal with that.

Waited 30 mins with only 5 other cars ahead of me. Order was wrong and the food was some how below room temp (checked it with a thermo pen after a 1/10th mile drive). It also tasted old and awful. Lived near this location for almost a decade and it's noticeable how far the quality has fallen. Last time for me. Fool me once... fool me for 3 years.. shame on taco bell.
