2 stars is 3 too many. On their app they offered a $2 Dave's Double. Yet when u hit the "Let's Go" button, the offer was not there. Had to show the Mgr.2x. I was promptly told they have no control over the app., not even Mgrs. or DMs and that it was above this person's pay grade and that they didn't get paid enough to help me out. After confronting said Mgr.and asking why they wouldn't do the right thing, they finally did with great attitude. They asked me to pull forward and wait, I finally had to go in and ask for my food. They all looked dazed and confused. There was 1 other customer in the lobby waiting on food and no one else in the parking lot. There was no one in front of or behind me in the drive thru when I ordered. Apparently this job is too hard for some, how in the hell that person got promoted to mgmnt. I will never know. Thanks Wendy's, u should have made this meal @ N/C for the jerk behavior of the Mgr., slow service, long wait time and confusion. U do realize u have a direct competitor 200 yards away? (J.T. Pickleman's) Thank u for basically sending me to their front door instead of yours from now on

Food was average Wendy's quality. I was disappointed that the fancy make-your-own-flavor touch screen soda machine didn't have any extra flavorings.The eating area was clean enough. But the bathroom floor was so sticky it was like that scene in Home Alone 1 where Marv is walking across the tar, loses one shoe, then the other, then a sock, then the other.

I have seen filthier restaurants but I can't remember when. The bathrooms are disgusting. The tables were sticky and it looks like autopsies were performed on the floors. Everything about this place is just dirty and filthy. Somebody who's a regional manager, for Wendy's should be fired.

My Crispy chicken was not crispy. Appeared to be setting in a warmer and past the allowed holding time. I should have known when it was ready when I got to the window and no cars ahead of me. And I don't understand why the dining room is always closed. Other food options in the area will be getting my business.

I visited this store a few months ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich and an oatmeal bar. When I got home I noticed I didn't receive my oatmeal bar. I called the store and spoke to the manager (who told me her name was Monica) and she said I could either go back to the store or I could get a free oatmeal bar the next time I stopped by. I didn't want to drive all the way back since I live 20 minutes away so I told her I would stop by some other time. I stopped by today and explained the situation. I was told Monica doesn't work there anymore so I couldn't get my oatmeal bar. Why does it matter that she no longer works there? I paid for something that I didn't get so I should've gotten an oatmeal bar regardless of who I spoke to!

Inside closes way too early doors close computers down. Don’t have enough employees so the inside is closed. And to top it off when I called I got hung up on. Terrible customer service here.
