Ordered my food, watched them get my burger and fries get made the everyone except a few people go to the back. I literally see my food setting there. I politely tried to get a workers attention. After the 4th time saying “ma’am” louder each time, a worker asked what I needed and I I asked “could someone please hand me my food?” She just said we’re on a shift change. All she had to do was put my burger in the bag and hand it to me. Instead she just kept saying “ it’s a shift change”. I said please just hand me my food so I can leave! She finally did but I had to ask multiple times for her to grab my food that was literally a foot away from her. I can’t understand how taking a couple of seconds to grab food warranted her continued response of “It’s a shift change.” Some common sense needs to be taught! I guess “fast food” is up to debate there.

Check the apple pecan salad after you order it. Make sure the toppings are on it that you want. Mine had no chicken and no blue cheese crumbles. I like mine loaded. Basically lettuce and some apples and pecans. I was in the drive thru and made the mistake of trusting they had the order correct.

Wendy’s is always a great place to eat. This is a new restaurant building. Very clean. The fourth floor is gone now you have to do a biggie bag but they are a great deal. Always check the app there’s all kinds of specials and deals.

Had a $23 order of 4 frostys, 10 piece nugget and one nacho cheese fry. Didn’t check the bag because well, I guess I had faith. Came home and only the COLD fries were in the bag. They expect you to turn around and come back to get the food or a refund. Just silly. No one else was in the drive thru and at least three people were visibly “working”

Great food from location. -4 stars due to Wendy corporation lack of support for delivery orders. Wendy's app messed up and ordered over $100 of food for delivery. Talked to Door Dash driver, but he could not cancel it. He asked employee and heard them (woman) over phone say "There's nothing we can do about that." Wendy's corp has an 8 AM to 12 PM phone support that does not answer. Their live chat function does not work. Texting the text support line yields no responses. Wendy's support has been very, very bad for many years. This location is great, but need to have a way to stop a $100+ order when I specifically tell you I did not order $100 of food for myself.
