This bakery has the BEST selection of gluten free pastries and orders to cater to those who need GF items (such as pies). The ingredients are fresh and it's hard to find a true made from scratch and locally sourced bakery like this one! Excellent pastries/pies etc!

Drove over an hour and a half as internet states they are open Tuesdays 7AM-6PM. Sitting outside the store right now and they are closed. Call the number they state they closed early due to weather. Temperature has increased significantly since this morning from -2 degree to 11 degrees, roads are all clear, and sun is shining.! Before this establishment make sure you call first to verify they are wanting business. Very disappointing!!!!

I'm newly gluten free. Ordered a gluten free pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I've discovered in short time that gluten free items vary drastically in taste and quality. Not only was their pie delicious, it was one of the best pecan pie's, gluten free or not that I've ever had! Great job Yellow Brick Bakery!!

My dad is in hospice and really wanted a cherry pie. I messaged the business on Sunday and got a quick reply that could have the pie ready for me at 1030 on Tuesday. It looked beautiful. My dad is so happy. Skyler waited on me and took time to chat with me. It's been rough for my family and Skyler's compassion meant the world to me. The extra effort to make a special pie for a dying man speaks volumes about the heart of this company.
Not only were they about to fulfill a 4 pie order in 48 hours, the pies were beautiful and absolutely delicious! Super nice people as well!!

Yellow Brick Bakery is such a gem! My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick snack and were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. Service was kind and patient as we picked out what we wanted - a butterscotch blondie bar for me, and a lemon curd hand pie for him. Both were so darn good! The blondie was absolutely to die for - delicious crust and toppings. I can't wait to try other items. Not only do they serve a variety of delicious baked goods, but their store also carries with other local products. I love the shop local mentality!The inside is nice and quiet, with seating available to enjoy your treat or visit with a friend. Definitely a must visit!
