It had been awhile since I had Pizza Hit pizza, usually my family and I chose a different company, however I was pleasantly surprised by our order. We called and placed the order and went to pick it up. The pizza was surprisingly good, I was expecting a greasy mess like the last time I had Pizza Hut (different state altogether). However, the pizza we received was delicious, I will definitely be dining with this establishment in the near future.
The Pizza Hut in Ottawa is always tasty hot and delicious! There is a person there that usually serves at the drive up. She wears a ball cap turn backwards! She is always positive and friendly!! Thanks !!

Had our out of town Christmas get together there. Service was great could not be more helpful. Yes their drink fountain is down but I can pour out of a bottle. The pizza is as good as any where in town. Great experience.
