Drive-in or walk up counter. Nothing indoors. Delicious double malted shakes like from my childhood.

This location will not put any toppings in your concrete. I got one with extra toppings and they gave me plain custard. I questioned them on it and they claimed it was all at the bottom. I stirred it and nothing was down there. Had to get out of my car and go to the front window to show them again and they gave me a small cup of toppings I had to attempt to stir in myself with a full cup of custard. They could have cared less but still charged me $7 for a cup of plain custard.

This Andy's is one of their newer locations. The employees were very nice, the orders were correct, and best of all, the custard was delicious. We'll be seeing you again soon.

Would rate 5/5 … seems the staff, mostly always teenagers, sometimes just don’t feel like serving the front window. Thanks for standing me up on my birthday of all days ?

This is my second time coming to this location. Ella was so kind, and sweet I love her customer service ?

Everyone is always so nice and kind. Tonight there was this absolutely gigantic man running the window. He must have been 7ft 6” at minimum. Man was a legend. And absolute unit. Not only did his physical presentation impress all at the window, he is very charismatic on top of that. The custard is top notch every time. This is why you drink your milk and eat your veggies. They load my cup up with the nut too. So much nut. Anyway, no complaints. Theyre all awesome.

I only visit for occasional treats after a long week at work but it's worth it. I thought the strawberry shortcake was the perfect size and was awesome. So awesome I almost drove back and got another one. The lines can be long but at least they keep moving and they have someone walking the line to take orders to speed things up.

Went there and ordered 3 things the ice cream was like half liquid when the handed them to us, and we didn't order a shake. By the time we got home 2 miles away, we had soup. Tried to call them and found out their phone has been down for months. Not impressed.

I paid $7 for a root beer float that was 99% root beer and a squirt of ice cream. It was not even full to the top of the cup. Huge rip off, don't bother!!
