The burgers, tasted like water, or lack of any flavor. The BBQ sauce they used on it is atrocious and makes the bland burger taste even worst, if that's possible. Do you guys not add onion salt and pepper in the meat when mixing it before cooking? You know it's an accomplishment to mess up a simple thing as hamburger meat for a burger. The fries were probably the only thing worth the visit, at least it had flavor. Not worth the price paid for two cheeseburgers and fries.

Got to this establishment about 255 in the afternoon. Multiple tables were empty. Only a couple were occupied. Three or four waitresses running around we never was waited on. We sat for over 30 minutes People came in after us and they immediately took their drink order. Will not ever return to this one. I can promise you that.

I think we arrived around 7:30-ish. Everything was going good until after our orders were taken. Our waitress walked by behind us so many times but we couldn't flag her down. We got her attention when she was at the computer station so I could order a second margarita. I never got it. We had like two or three other servers bring out our food. Then we were never checked on again. My daughter had been wanting a refill on her drink. My husband finally got her attention so we could get our check after waiting for a really long time. Then she said, "You didn't get your second margarita." I said, "No. I don't want it" because we were ready to leave at that point so she said she had to go get a manager to take it off. Applebees is not worth almost $20 per meal. We did the 2 for $25, but if you don't go that route, it's insane they charge what they do for the quality of food. We could have gone to Red Lobster or Olive Garden and spent that much per person. I could have gone to Casa Grande or Burg & Barrel and had drinks and spent the same on their full menu as I did with the 2 for $25 with top customer service. I'm not upset with our waitress or anything. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. But I am sorely disappointed that we were not once checked on after ordering even for drink refills and we had to hunt her down to get a second margarita and for our check. No, I don't want to escalate my complaint to the owner. No, I don't want anything to make up for it. Just do better, please. Don't forget about your table. We tip usually at least 20% for standard service and 25%+ for exceptional service. It's been a LONG time since we have tipped less than 20%. But there was really no service to tip for, so we tipped about 10%, which I felt was generous considering we never even got drink refills or checked on at all after our order was taken.

Love Applebee's! And our server Kayla H was awesome!
Went today for lunch with the family. Service was good. Food... not so much. It was maybe 20% full but wait for food was around 45 minutes. Wife's ribeye came out almost well done when medium rare was requested. They brought back a new one fairly quickly but it was still a bit overcooked. Fries on the 3 other orders were barely warm.Was grateful they took the ribeye off the bill and our server was very attentive and gracious.

We got the two meals for $25 and it was delicious. But on the drive home I got sick with horrific diarrhea. This happened to me one other time when I ate at Applebee's. My husband did not have this happen to him it was just lucky me. Not blaming it on Applebee's at all but it hit me about 20 minutes after we left there. Would still recommend cuz the food was delicious.

Not bad. Not great. Kitchen was slow but I think there was another large party. Steak was over cooked. Was replaced and correct. Appisiers were pretty good. Waitress was excellent.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!! We had terrible food experiences, but the worst was directly telling the server we had someone at the table who had a bad allergy and the food being contaminated with said allergy.The food was terrible. We had an appetizer with a food prep label stuck in the middle of it. We had a side that was frozen with ice still in it. We had a side that was obviously reheated or left out. One of the dishes didn’t even have the seasoning it was supposed to. Worst of all, the dish we asked to be mindful of for allergy purposes was cross contaminated and sent the person into shock. It was obviously understaffed, the kitchen wasn’t in order, and the manager did not come over once. In fact, the manager didn’t even care when we called asking for the ingredient list for a sauce that wasn’t even supposed to be ON THE ALLERGY FREE DISH! We will never be back if this is the gross kitchen standards and how management handles these things. Someone could have been hurt WORSE!

I really used to like Applebee's. The food was fun and delicious, the atmosphere was energetic and they always had a good variety of drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic). I believe the last statement still rings true but the food has become very mediocre. It feels and tastes like Applebee's has become a "microwave frozen things" type of restaurant. I feel like, for the money, just cook at home.I do want to say our server was attentive and very polite.
