This restaurant is very hit or miss, like the other fast food places. The food is sometimes good but sometimes undercooked. The service is sometimes good but sometimes screw up your order or be mean. Just depends on how busy it is.Also, the bbq boneless wings is probably the worst things i put in my mouth beside… other stuff

During my inaugural visit to this establishment, I was immensely pleased when they graciously accommodated my sizable order, comprising six distinct items necessitating separate transactions—a convenience not universally extended by certain unnamed competitors.While the quality of the cuisine was commendable, regrettably, there was a slight mishap with my order. Despite requesting the wagyu burger, I received the cheesy bacon burger instead.However, aside from this discrepancy, the experience was satisfactory. The manager assured me of rectifying the error promptly. Hence, I've rated this establishment with four stars, withholding the fifth until the issue concerning my order is amicably resolved.Oh, their curly fries are to-die-for! Can't go wrong with those.My anticipation to relish the wagyu burger remains ?!

Gosh what to say except: I hate that this Arby's is well above par. Their meats are horribly delicious and their staff are awfully adequate. I have eaten too much roast beef from here. 9/10

I know they're a Beef restaurant so take this rating with a grain of salt. The fried Chicken sandwich was horrible. Not sure what they are frying it with or extra flavoring ... It tasted like a bullion cube. Horrible. As an aside.. the drive through person decided to keep my debit card through out the whole process and was. Shocked that I said that was. Not cool. I'm not saying she/them perpetrated any fraud but.... not have ones card for 3 or 4 minutes makes one nervous. Will not go back. Bad experience.

I pulled into the drive-through at 8:15 PM, and sat there for two minutes without anyone speaking. Pulled up to the window and no one was there. As I drove around the other side of the building, the employees were sitting outside on the sidewalk smoking cigarettes, and laughing rather than taking care of their customers. This is not to mention that the last time I went to this Arby's, the employee told me it would be more than an hour for my sandwich, because they didn't have any roast beef. Mind you they had roast beef, they just never put it in the cook. and her response to that was well. Lots of people wanna roast beef today.

I stopped going to this Arby's. There's an elderly woman who should be retired who works the cash register, and she always either messes up my order or has to have me repeat my order.She also doesn't seem to get the concept that newer debit/credit cards don't need to go inside the card reader, even after being informed about this.The Coke from the pop machine tastes really watered down and has been for several months now. Employees in general just seem really unmotivated all the time.

This location advertises a closing time of 10:30pm but will stop serving customers as early as 4pm and 6pm. The last three visits around this time have included either a) no cars in the parking lot (with locked doors) during workings hours, b) employees standing in the drive thru window without taking orders, or c) telling customers that there is no meat available and refusing service. Do not waste your time here and consider this location closed.
