Party of nine girls brunch. Beware: Denver biscuit company serves big biscuits. Excellent 70s weather & sunny! FUEL French toast biscuit with compote & whip. Extremely delicious & filling. ATMOSPHERE industrial setup. Fast casual furniture. Spacious for mobility. (There's also outdoor patio.) SERVICE Dana was very fit full of charm. He kept track of orders & anticipated refills. He also took our group photo. Great vibes all around. I'd recommend for girls brunch, first date especially, long term relationships, family, & other medium groups.

This place is so fun! I didn't even see the self serve coffee bar when we walked in, but anywhere that has oat milk without asking is a win in my book. They had board games to play while you're waiting on your food, which came so fast that we didn't have time to play. I ordered the Winona and it was delicious. I skipped the hash brown side and left comfortably full without overdoing it. The space is decorated in a fun eclectic way that perfectly fits their vibe. I love everything about it.

We love this place! Food is good, games keep our son busy and the tunes are always fun.

I enjoyed my time at Atomic Cowboy. We went as a large group and we got a variety of different foods and we really enjoyed our time. The food and service was up to par. This would be a great spot for finger foods and a chill time.

My Saturday Brunch Meetup ate at Denver Biscuit aka Atomic Cowboy! Their biscuits are HUGE! I ordered the biscuits with 1/2 sausage grave and 1/2 mushroom gravy. The sausage gravy was my fave, as the mushroom gravy was too salty to me, but perfect for others! The experience was good but the fellowship was even better! Our server Dana was very attentive and friendly. The biscuits are bigger than a saucer (small plate).

So the atmosphere is cool, good beer selection the pizza was ok nothing special the burger and the arugula salad were great. I have had the Denver biscuit for breakfast in the past and it was wonderful i do wish that some of the Denver biscuit menu items could be ordered up through the evening.

We ate at the Denver Biscuit Co. I got the Ellsworth and my husband got the Lola. Sides cost extra and are pretty big so suggest sharing with someone. We could have split an entree and side, honestly. We had big expectations for this place and it just didn’t live up to the hype. It is new so I’m sure they are still working things out.Service wasn’t great but wasn’t bad. I was a little put off that we had to get our own coffee (or coffee add-ins) from their coffee bar vs it being served. It’s not convenient when you have small children with you. Food quality was good but we weren’t wow’d and felt it was a little overpriced for the overall experience. We would return to try Sullys and if friends wanted to try Denver Biscuit Co. but so far not on the list of favorites.

We missed breakfast ? so they options were pizza, salad, chicken and burgers. We had pizza. It was huge, but unfortunately rather burnt on the bottom. The burnt flavor overpowered the toppings. Garlic knots were good.

My boyfriend and I along with a friend came in for a late dinner and drinks. We loved the creative cocktails, the wings were amazing and the massive pizza was incredible!

A stupendous burger to say the least. Really enjoyed the wings as well. The best part of the evening was that we had a wonderful server named Kayla/Kylah(my fault). I do recommend checking this spot out just for the burger and the service. Thanks for a great Sunday night experience !

We had Dani serve us today! I'm pretty sure she was serving most of the entire restaurant. She killed it! It was our first time and we absolutely loved this place. The atomic cowboy is the name of the bar, but the food was absolutely amazing. The biscuits there are some of the best I've ever had, and their combination sandwiches with the biscuit or something you just have to try. We also tried the pizza which was good as well. The atmosphere is true to its name and has a lot of 50s stuff scattered throughout. The music choice was on point. The outdoor area will be perfect in another month or so. Parking was tough, so you might have to walk a bit, but totally worth it. Try something new and give the Atomatic Cowboy a try!

Went here with my wife and 3 year old. We got the Sullys fries which was delicious. The pizza i would rate 4 out of 5, my daughter crushed it! My wife and I had a few cocktails and we enjoyed them. Excited to check out the breakfast. The atmosphere is actually pretty cool! They picked a good spot, downtown overland park is THRIVING!
