They got my order to me at exactly the time they promised and put extra butter on the pretzels for me despite the fact they close in 7 minutes. They even filled the bucket all the way to almost overflowing for me. Wonderful staff and service!

You pay 4 bucks for a soda with no refills (staff said its because of "COVID"). Pepporini prezel bites don't look all smushed up. Inflated the prices with worser Quality thats disappointing.

This is the worst location in the history or EVER! They never, NEVER have anything ready. I'm assuming because they are too busy talking on the phone with their gloves on with their pants not pulled up. That's kinda trashy!

There are 2 Auntie Anne’s in the mall. We waited about 5 minutes before they ( 2 people) acknowledged us and when asked about original pretzels he seemed frustrated and said he had to fill the case and it would be 15 to twenty minutes. Shouldn’t you have made those before the bites? We went to one in middle of mall and they didn’t have any either but Carly acknowledged us said it would take 12 minutes and made other suggestions like you should. We ended up buying pretzel bites. I would definitely recommend the middle one between t-mobile and D&D.

The new manager here is an absolute sweetheart and she's really turned this location around! Best place in the mall to get a quick snack

Understaffed and workers were struggling a bit. Good kids, felt bad for them.

By far the worst experience ever. Staff is not receptive to customers and will make you wait forever for pretzels that are already baked and set in warmer. Ordered a large lemonade, 1 regular pretzel, 1 cinnamon and 2 cream cheese. Took forever to get my lemonade as the cash register lady went to fill up a gallon container with water right after I paid. Lemonade machine had lemonade in it but she decided it was more important to fill up a gallon of water for no reason. Finally got my pretzels and lemonade with barely any ice in it. Then she proceeded to say that they don't have cream cheese, so I chose an alternative (spicy cheese salsa). She gave me only one when I had paid for TWO ($1.50 per dip). I looked at her like, are you going to give me another one? And she's like, oh you want another one? And I told her I paid for two. Finally got everything except my reciept. She looks at me and asks if I needed anything else, and I ask for my reciept. It clearly stated on the cash register that if you have to ask for your receipt, you get 3 free pretzels, but at this point I'm so frustrated for having to wait over 15 minutes for pretzels that were readily available, that I just left. I would highly suggest looking over competence when it comes to customer service and production. You got 4 people working (1 waiting by the sink for trays to wash, 1 baking, 1 putting pretzels together and 1 at the cash register). Clearly, no one was coordinated enough to see that there are over 15 customers still waiting, to help one another out. And while I was waiting in line, the cash register lady was trying to do a cash transaction with one hand, handing out dollar by dollar, while her other hand was holding on to a tong that she wasn't even using. Why not put that tong down so you can free up your hands to better give change back? Smh...

They are nice pretzels, but I found them more salty for my taste buds. You have other flavour options, but I only tried the original flavour. You can buy in either whole or bite sized pieces. They are located on the first floor of the mall, and are easy to find.

I love Auntie Anne's pretzels themselves but this location needs some work. The staff didn't seem very friendly and more like they all just hated life. There's also zero places to sit anywhere nearby. An issue if you have a few kids with you or a handful of shopping bags.

Went to order today and asked the lady to repeat herself as I am hearing impaired. She yelled at me and rolled her eyes even though I simply let her know I couldn’t hear. I don’t recommend.

I was trying to use your buy one get one free offer from T-Mobile Tuesday that ended yesterday. I go to this location all the time and have never been treated so rudely. I had ordered and paid for the pretzels then your general manager Donte who had followed me from the location in the food court. Told the manager that I could not be served because I asked about nuts at the location in the food court and wouldn’t allow her to put my pretzels in the over. After making me wait for 10-15 minutes while being extremely rude and unprofessional he stated he was going to refund the money. He said the he would only serve me drinks but then he didn’t even do that. He was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but to the person with me. He was just hateful to her I get the feeling that he doesn’t like people who are handicapped. The person with me has a walker and he really argued with her. He didn’t hand her the money back but put it on the counter then almost hit her walker when he stormed away. When I asked for the corporate number he told me that I could look that up myself and kept referencing that his boss is the VP but gave no contact information. I would like to emphasize that the manager on duty and other employee at this location were very nice and professional. It was only the general manager Donte who was rude and unprofessional.
