Went for ice cream after dinner, I love their triple mango and Jamocca flavor so I asked to do half scoop for both since I was pretty full but was told they can’t do that and only offered 2 kid scoop instead which were still quite big. Other locations did that for me before.

This has become my wife's and my go-to for an after dinner ice cream fix.The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. No one ever seems to be just standing around. Everyone is busy serving, cleaning, stocking, etc.We drive out of our way to go to this particular Baskin Robbins, and pass up at least one other due to the great service we get here!

They close in 15 minutes, yet said they aren’t making anymore shakes or blasts for the night because they already cleaned…… I can get ice cream only. Horrible customer service.

The freezers either don't work well or they never keep them cold enough, because they hand you your ice cream and it's already melty. You can even see the shine on the ice cream while it's still in the tubs, which says its melted before they even scoop it out for you. By the time you get settled to have it, you'll have a puddle of melted ice cream in your cup. This happens every single time too, and we've been going there for more than 3 years. We hoped that they would change, even after letting them know multiple times. They didn't. Hence this 1 star review. Needless to say, we finally stopped going there regularly.

The staff is always friendly! They have a huge assortment of almost any ice cream combination that you could imagine or combine. The prices are reasonable. They also sell some of their notorious flavors in small tubs to take home to the whole family or one for just yourself ?. The establishment is always neat and clean. We like their late hours when other ice cream shops have closed. THANKS Baskin-Robbins!!!
