Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Drive thru sucks, they don’t even know what’s on the menu.

You literally could not pay me to go back to that burger. King after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes. Just to get ignored. I had to go in the front door where they finally took another 5 minutes to take my order and not only get my food wrong. After the fact, but the food was terrible, it sucked and had no flavor what so ever

To start was ignored at counter. Cook had to tell both girls to help. Missing cheese from both whoppers, yes I added it and was charged for it. Missing apple sauce from kids meal, and to top it off wrong wrap. It’s not that hard folks it’s literally printed on the receipt and cook order.

I was really hesitant to go that location, based on the online bad reviews, I went it was a nightmare. Old lady working the drive thru is very rude and needs some structures. She decided not to take my order because she said she couldn't understand me and closed the drive thru window on me. The real issue is that you can't hear on the microphone and you don't need to be at the drive thru. Fix the problem with your hear then you will be able to understand what people said.

The employee interrupted me the entire time, while trying to say my order. I told them I asked for no ice, they denied it, and argued with me, saying they’re not doing this today. Even I didn’t argue. But they continued to argue saying they speak English, and they know what they’re doing.

We were at this burger king 1 year ago. Every time we went to the drive thru, they were ALWAYS missing something. They were either out of fries, burger ingredients, or drinks. When we got the stuff they werent out of, the fries weren’t hot and were more soft than crispy. The burgers were just your average fast food burger, of course, nothing too special. The drinks are okay also.They also close at unpredictable times. For example, when we were here in 2021 i believe, they were completely shut down at 2pm. The drive thru was blocked off, and the inside was dark and seemed dead.Some time after that, we went to the drive thru and no one responded at all even though the drive thru looked completely fine. The inside actually looked open and alive that time.Last time we went here was 1 year ago when they ran out of fries. At that moment, they completely lost our business. We were really sick of the weird opening and closing dates and mediocre food theyw ere giving us. I also remember the staff being mean to us.Nowadays, i either go to the one at Antioch, or the one in the middle of nowehere in Olathe.

I went to this Burger King today to try it again after the last fiasco several months ago and clearly nothing has changed. I did an online order, was told just to pull up. Waited at least 15 minutes for my food with no one else there. Someone brought it out and I asked where my drinks were. She proceeded to question if I really had drinks and if it showed on my ticket....yes it did.... I wouldn't have asked if it didn't. I get home and our orders are wrong. Two of my burgers are missing cheese. They put lettuce on one of the burgers that it was requested to be left off of. Might seem small, but a family member is immunocompromised and cannot eat fresh vegetables. 3 out of 4 of our burgers were wrong and not edible. Everything was cold. This burger king has major issues and should probably just close.
