DON’T USE THE APP!!!Used the app for the first time today and when I pulled up they told be they didn’t have the order and there was nothing they could do for me. Now I’m out $20+ and have to order my family food somewhere else. Their app is run by AI so no one can help me till they review and send me an email. The app even recorded the order date incorrectly ( last years date). This is the worst service and I want my money back!

Two locations have freshly done meatless burgers. And one has caffeine and sugar-free Cokes. These are the two I routinely visit the drive thru (Overland Park Metcalf and Rainbow Blvd). The stars are for those locations.
I ordered 40$ worth of food, 4 orders and Monika the manger gave me 2. When I returned using my own time and money that I did not have, she chose to defend her workers instead of just making it right, do it not order from here and whoever owns this franchise should remove her. Awful service, awful everything. Even the two orders I got were not correct and terrible. Not sure who chose who her as manager.

Came through the drive-thru today the 26th February 2024 at 4:45 p.m. leaving that detail because I did not get a receipt with my order! My wife ordered a fish sandwich she got a spicy chicken sandwich and I did not get the requested sauces that I asked for.

I don't know what it is about it , but EVERYONE here seems very happy. My personal favorite is Kenneth, he MADE my day by greeting me with a smile, making me laugh and being EXTREMELY nice. I vote Kenneth should get a raise with THAT quality of service because that's what makes repeat

Hot and fresh food, and the drink machine is awesome. Unlike some other BKs, this one has learned how to keep staffed and keep the dining room open.

Totally disappointed, manager took old onion rings and put them back in the fryer, my sandwich wasn't even made correctly and lobby was dirty just wanted a simple quick lunch and it turned out
