Been looking for a new usual bbq spot since moving to KC and came across this place. Employees were SUPER nice and friendly! Food was great and good portions for what you pay for!! Will definitely eat here again!

I got burnt ends from here in June, 2023 on a visit to KC. While not as good as LC’s, Slaps or Joe’s imo, you can’t go wrong getting your fix here. It was very good, but in another day, it could be #1 for ends.

First time. We dined in. The food was okay. The bbq sauce was too vinegary. Paid $4 extra for a side of burnt ends with the BBQ platter and only got 4 chunks of burnt ends and an insult from one of the prep cook staff. I guess you can't get what you paid for ther.

Went to pick up some food and had some confusion with the order, and the staff was extremely patient and helpful. The food was very good as well I had the burnt end mac and cheese.

This BBQ restaurant offers a menu board and counter service to order. There is plenty of staff and the restaurant is clean. I ordered the burnt end combo with beans. The meal comes with fries and cole slaw. There are four different sauces on the table already. I tried all four of course. The variety is nice. The sauces are fine. The burnt ends, pork and beef, were tasty. The slaw was served cold and fresh. The slaw could have used a little more spice. The fries came unseasoned and were bland but hot and crunchy. There was no salt or pepper on the table. These items were located by the soda machine. The beans were okay. This one is a definite must try.

My wife works nearby. We came in 20 minutes before close. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Being our first time here, they took their time to help us get what we liked . Can't say enough how nice they were, considering it was almost close.It was great to see people who understand that we were just getting out of work as well and that we were just grabbing it to go.
very hard to read what is included with each selection - the type on the menus is tiny. very expensive for the little bit of meat you get compared to most other BBQ restaurants. sauces all of the sweet/molasses variety - not my preference - but others in my party liked the honey-mustard sauce in particular. there were very few people in the restaurant when we were there, yet most of us were almost finished eating before a couple of people in our party got their food. when we asked asked about their meals, the response was hostile. will NOT go back.

Came here on Super Bowl Sunday and it was super busy but it was Some of the best burnt ends I’ve ever had. Jessica did a great job handling the pressure at the register considering the amount of people they were serving. Top notch beef burnt ends and the sides were amazing too!

I got the BurntEnd platter and what a rip off. The side dishes are larger than the meat portions, there was barely ANY meat on the platter. so it’s not worth the money. Just Price it for larger portions. Don’t act like you giving somebody a deal by giving more side dishes than meat.
