I’ve never had a bad meal here. Everything from the grilled cheese to the sugar cookies has been delicious. Order at the counter and they will bring the food to your table.

Made arrangements almost three weeks in advance for my daughters third birthday. Initially communication was great, I communicated exactly what I wanted. Date was given, price was given. Two days before my event I called to make sure I was able to pick up the cake at a set time, no answer. I figured I would I try again the day before the cake was supposed to be ready, I called and texted numerous times with no response. I ended up having to make last minute arrangements with Walmart to get a cake done with less than a 24 hour notice. Thankfully the girl that was working in the bakery stayed late just to make my daughters cake because I told her about the situation. I never even received a message to let me know that Lisa could not do the cake. Absolutely unprofessional. Don't make arrangements with her unless you want to be let down at the last minute.

My son’s first birthday cake turned out wonderfully! Not only did it look adorable and was exactly what we wanted, it tasted delicious also. We used the top tier for his smash cake and it was perfect.

I ordered a cake with over 2 weeks notice! The owner said she would be glad to do this customCake! The morning of my sons 9th birthday, she said that her printer was broken and she would reach outTo a friend. She waited until about 3pm to tell us she couldn’t get the cake done. She then said she would have it done by the next day free of charge! She said she felt bad because his day was ruined. Yes my son had no birthday cake that I raved about for his 9th birthday! We went to bundt cakes and made the best of it. I messaged her the next day to pick it up, I told my son he got 2 birthday cakes to enlighten the situation! She didn’t answer the phone and didn’t answer my messages. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Placed an order a week or so ahead. Went to pick up and no one answered door, called multiple times and was sent to voicemail. Had to rush to make other arrangements since party is tomorrow. If I had been let know that the cupcakes could not be done I would have made other arrangements. Super sad situation.
