As a displaced Jerseyite I consider cheesesteaks sacred. So when I say Charlie does it right, I mean it. His cheesesteaks are as good as any of the top sandwiches in the metro. I dinged them 2 stars for service because they tried to give me someone else's sandwich and 2 dings for atmosphere since it's in a crowded, noisy food court and parking can be a real bear near the food court entrance.

Very dry. Bland. Will not order again.Picture shows lots of cheese. I didn't get but a teaspoon on a regular I paid extra for . Would definitely not recommend. Super dry and tasteless. Don't waste your time or money.

No flavor, no seasoning. They don’t caramelize the onions or cook the peppers/onions at all. Meat was dry. Pickle not cut in half with sandwich but they had no utensils.Ordered “to stay” wasn’t even given napkins. About as bad you can get for mall food…
