I never leave reviews but I want people to bee weary before spending their hard earned money. If I wanted a burrito to fall apart, I would get a bowl this location consistently does this and has for a while with no regard to be better.Watch them when they wrap your burrito. The portions are way way cut back. You get hardly any meat. And if you ask for what would be a normal portion they just charge you for double. Also the workers just seem rude aside from the cashier.

Gave me no meat then when asked for more he said I would have to pay for more then gave a little scoop again then. Was all up in my space and pushed me when I was trying to fill up my drink because I he thought I didn’t pay for it and hair in food

Never going back, ever. Literally the smallest portion I've ever gotten. My little niece would be starving after finishing and you had the nerve to charge me that much?! Lmao chipotle has gone so downhill, and fast! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE waste their money here ever again. I'll do my best to keep everyone in know from wasting their time and money at such a trash restaurant.

Had previously rated this location highly. Something has gone very, very wrong. The entire line was rude and short with me. I get that prices have gone up everywhere but the 2024 double chicken amount shouldn't look like 2021's single portion, should it? (The attached pic is before I took a bite. That's supposed to be double meat.) The cost of my typical meal here has increased about 30% and has shrunk in portion size about 15% if I were to eyeball it. I guess that's a business model that's good for the corporation. That's twice in a row that I've had this experience at this location. I have choices. I'll be going elsewhere.

I hate this place, do not ever go to this chipotle, stingiest chipotle on the planet. The soda machine was broken so I tested it the sprite dispenser gave me water and it was water, my food was then held hostage by a salty employee who wanted me to pay three dollars for WATER! I finally decided to pay since I wanted my food and the man refused to give me an actual soda cup because he thought I was stealing. I then went to my car because I felt threatened and did safe as a member of the Lgbtq community. The food was cold by the time I got to my car. Do not ever go to this chipotle especially if your lgbtq it is an unsafe space and I would highly recommend any other chipotle.

I was there today and I ordered a chicken bowl and a vinaigrette thats a little container of dressing that I put on top of the bowl for flavor. Every Chipotle I've ever went to never charged for it. When I got up there and seen that my total was 11:24 and my chicken bowl is only $9 and some change. I asked the cashier why it was so high and he said he charged me $1.55 for that side of dressing and I told him that they never charged before and he said they always have that's not true! It also was a $1.55 that he charged me and I looked at my receipt and it says he charged me for a side.. like it was some food and he just typed anything in the computer so he can charge me for it. He said he was the manager. I looked at the container it barely had anything in it. I asked him can they at least fill it up for a 1.55 that he charged me. He told me know what a very bad attitude and told me that's how it is and he was not fulling it up. For him to be a manager he was very rude and not accommodating. I'm a manager and I always put the customers first. I will not be going back to this location. The manager was very rude!
