This store is the worst Chipotle ever. Every time I order through DoorDash my order gets wrong. When I called they did not give an answer or solution. I do not recommend this store to ANYONE. I ordered a bowl of steak and they didn't put any steak on it.

Walked in to pickup my order at 9:26. Order was supposedly ready at 9:20. Lady behind the counter had three other people standing in front of her waiting for the same thing. All the orders are right behind the counter and she took about 4-5 minutes to get to everyone. Then when I get home my burrito looks like this…This location is a joke.

This location is guaranteed to get your order wrong and you will not get what you’ve paid for. Kids meals missing sides and drinks. Burrito missing guac. Another burrito missing two ingredients. And trust your order will be cold. I miss chipotle from the early 2000’s. I would go to another Chipotle location nearby but sadly they are all equally bad.

I went into this chipotle on 12/22/23 and right away I had a rude greeting. The employee who was preparing the food didn’t even acknowledge us or say a word. No hello, welcome in. He simply stared at me with a blank face I went on to tell him I wanted a bowl and he gave me hand gestures moving his hand right to left instead of simply using his words and asking what I would like and every time I said what I wanted he gave me a blank stare. Not one word came out of him. Not to mention you could tell he was irritated that he even had to help us. It felt like I was getting rushed. After I was done ordering my boyfriend was next after me and the employee acted the same way. The only words out of him tonight were “I’m getting fing blinded , Jesus!” Not knowing what he was talking about my boyfriend and I just looked at each other. I understand everybody has bad days however a greeting would have been nice. The customer service tonight was definitely unsatisfactory.
In what place do they ask if you want a sack. Am I suppose to walk out with Burrito in hand. Never been asked that.

It's shocking how bad this location is. You'd almost have to try to be this awful. They have forgotten my chips and salsa in my delivery 5 out of 6 times. The bowl is always 1/3rd full, usually missing an ingredient. The rice is uncooked and crunchy.You think by pure accident they'd at least once not screw up, but every single time it's awful. Sadly this is the only location that delivers to my area.
