I’m done giving this location chances it’s like walking in to a high school cafeteria. I rather drive to 135th location or even further after how many times I’ve been in here and it be just pure chaos and a MESS. Never clean. Always “out” of something. Everytime? Sure. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in I bring my husband in to laugh at how ridiculous it is because he didn’t believe the circus show working here. JOKE

Ok, I have given this chipolte enough chances now. We ordered 3 bowls last night and they all looked like this. I had to search for the 5 pieces of chicken. This is probably the 4th time we have ordered and the food portion was cut in half. That's with a tip included. Eat inside if you chose to eat there, i do NOT recommend ordering online. See first, pay last. Food was good, but the portion size was not 38$ worth.

Service was so bad most of the tine. Most if the after 8 pm or before, they are out of white rice, fajita, etc and they are not even ready to prepare these for the rest of the customers!Already raised complaints several times.

Atmosphere was sleek and modern. Service got my order perfect and staff were very nice and friendly. The carne asada, chicken al pastor (BRING IT BACK NOWW!!!) and the pork was very good and fresh. The pico was suprisingly good for a fast food restaurant! Cheese complimented the burrito and the hot sauce makes it even better.

They were out of carnitas and didn’t tell me. The people working just scooped up the grease and scrap meat and poured it into my bowl. Pure laziness. It was really apparent when all of their friends showed up off the street and spent more time communicating with them than the customers about making alternate meat selections. The owner of this franchise should pull the plug and find a better investment.
Ordered online and another order when I got there. The online order portion was significantly less than the one I ordered in line. Staff doesn't seem to care and kinda rude. Too expensive for what you get.

Disappointed!!Writing because it happened a few times now. They almost never put side tortilla in the bag even though I paid for it. Missed chips this time and protein, hardly saw any chicken inside the bowl.

I would give this zero stars if it was possible. My experience at this chipotle has never been satisfactory. I waited behind an employee who had just gotten off and was getting a meal. They decided to chat with their co workers for 15 minutes while I waited behind them to get my order taken. If that wasn’t already frustrating. The cashier was not paying attention to my order as I had to ask for chips multiple times as they were still trying to continue their conversation as the employee before me was leaving. This experience was beyond unsatisfactory and will be avoiding it at all costs.

Extremely disappointed on this online order. The food wasn’t even full. Almost looked like it’s a left over. Never had issues before so I don’t know if they had a new person preparing the food. But for $14 a bowl, you would expect more. The funny thing is we order two of the same and they came out differently. I really hope they can address this.
