The manager was extremely good. Very customer oriented. He needs to own his own store.

A shell of what it used to be. The staff was nice, but it’s definitely a very different experience than it used to be. Buying cards with time limits penalizes you if your kids have to go to the bathroom or need to take a break. The prizes have gotten so small and cheap. I’m glad our kids had an okay time, but this is not a company that we will visit regularly or have a birthday party at.

I was very surprised at the service my girls and I received. I have to admit its been years since I've stepped foot in a Chuck E Cheese. From the moment we entered through the door, we were greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. We left with positive vibes from the experience. Thank you for taking care of us!

Karla did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my party, as well as a couplt of other parties. She was attentive, friendly, and went well above the call of duty, in my opinion. We celebrated a 5 year old boyfrien. Last year's party wasn't cared for as well as this year. Thank you Karla.

Great place for kids to have fun or a birthday party. For adults, not so much. Pizza is about as good as any store bought frozen pizza. Ridiculous price for salad - $11.45! And it's a below average salad bar too! But, there's tons of games for the little ones, so that's the real draw.Kid-friendliness: That's mainly what this place is for. Kids. Kids who don't care what the pizza tastes like and who want to run from game to game.

Wasn't crowded at the time of our visit so my son was able to play all the games and had a blast!

Today is one of the happiest moments of my 5-year-old daughter - this is our treat for her to have two shots for her annual check-up. We arrived here in between 3 in the afternoon. There are no other kids or customers besides us during this time, so it is like we rent the whole place exclusively for us. The stuff(I am sorry I forgot his name) but he is very accommodating. To have the token and card incorporated into one card is a good thing but for kids like my daughter, she is looking for the tickets coming out from the machine - for us adults, it's good because no trash at all but kids like that better. Just a thought. The games in the arcade are easy to follow. I didn't even teach my daughter how to do it, she easily figured it out. With regards to our food, the boneless chicken, and garlic bread are okay - the taste is good but our fries are a bit burnt and they do not have mayonnaise which I used to have both mayo and ketchup with it. One of the important things I love about this place is of all the places I have been, I really feel that they cared a lot about all the kids because of how their restrooms are built - it has adult size and kids sizes. So, I don't need to hold my daughter to wash her hands. For me, this is the best idea. I hope all establishments especially kids' places will consider having a restroom like this. But overall, it was a nice place to bring your kids. I will highly recommend it and am sure we are coming back here.Parking: Many parking available and huge enough.Kid-friendliness: Very conducive for kids and games are easy to navigate.Wheelchair accessibility: Very safe for all wheelchair users.

We originally had an outdoor party planned at the Pumpkin Patch but with rain all week we had to scramble for a last minute party for our 4 year old. I booked the party just the day before. Everything was perfect. The place was clean. The food was great. The service and atmosphere was 1st rate. This is our 4th Chucky E Cheese birthday party. My older 3 all had one too. They’ve all been great. I highly recommend.

I’m not from the area, but this Chuck E. Cheese puts the ones near my home to shame. Games were all in working order, same for small rides. It was very clean overall, and better selection/more up to date than what I am used to. The salad bar and the counter agent left a little to be desired but it is still deserving of 5 stars. Pizza was great. I love that you can pay the difference at the prize counter if you are a few tickets short on an item (1 penny per ticket). My six year old had a great time.
