Horrible experience, after waiting for our food for 30 minutes, one of their employees who is new and doesn't speak English very well gave our meal to another table who seemed confused but decided to eat it anyway. I'm watching this whole thing unfold another 10 minutes pass as I'm watching customers who came in well after we did getting their food, I raise my hand and get the waitresses attention to ask where our food is, only then does she tell us that the other person gave our food away, no apology no notice just complete lack of consideration, so I chime up and ask what are they going to do to make this right and she says that the other lady will pay for our meal. So we bit our tongue and waited almost another 30 minutes till we got our food. After we finished the manger came out to fake apologize and tried to charge us for our entire meal. We went back and forth with this sleezy manager until finally we just said whatever paid them and left fuming. Mind you that my friend and I are fasting for Ramadan so this extended our 14 hour fast into a 15 hour fast. As a regular to this establishment I am appalled and will definitely think twice about coming to this location.

The chicken is 10/10 - crispy and so flavorful! The robot delivers your food which is always a great fun experience. Friendly and efficient staff.

We came in on a Thursday evening thinking that we would get fast service. but they only had one guy taking orders and delivering food. he did have a robot buddy helping him deliver the food which was pretty cool. For some reason I ordered the chicken drummies plain, still don't know why I did that. but they were ok. my friend ordered the tenders, honey style which were really good. I also had the ramen noodles which was great. if you were to dine here, get the food to go or delivered. the ambiance was lacking.

I love love absolutely love this chicken place and was so happy that it was right by my house and would order the same thing EVERY TIME. Today was different, I put in my usual order and I got this.. the chicken was burnt when I flip it over... and it was dry barely any sauce... extremely disappointing that I payed $40 for this.

So far, I love this place, the spicy garlic tenders were the most tasty so far, the honey lemon and honey garlic need more flavor.Parking: Plenty parking right out front plus there is a huge parking garage

When I want Korean fried chicken I always order from here! Everything is super delicious (a bit pricey but worth it)!

Great wings with a variety of sauces and heat levels. One of my teenage son's number one requests for dinner as the sweet sauce side of the selection hits his taste buds and the generous portion can fill him up.

One of the best chicken I've ever tasted. The food arrives to your table by a robot. The soy garlic, and the honey garlic were amazing. Flavor 9/10. Texture 8/10. Smell 8/10. Appearance 9/10. Ambience 6/10. Service 10/10 (bc, I don't like to be bothered when I eat.) Would highly recommend this place.

We had been waiting too long. Not busy but slow. Limited selection but the chicken flavor was so good.

Stop in while traveling through the area on business. Got the Red Hot Pepper tenders with the onion on top, and a draft Boulevard Wheat beer - for $25. There was enough food to feed 2. You better like onions if you order this one. You get pretty much a whole thinly sliced white onion with a slaw-style cream dressing. The tenders were OK. Not too hot. The flavor didn't go much pass the outer coating. The thicker tenders were a bit dry and definitely unflavored inside. It was fun to try, but don't think I'll try to make it back.

We ordered take out and our order was ready in about 20 minutes. We got the garlic soy and spicy garlic half and half which totaled to about $40. We had to drive about 20 min with our order so unfortunately, can't legitimately rate the crispiness. The chicken itself was tender and juicy, but I'm sad I didn't get to taste the crisp I wanted. We asked for pickled radish and they gave us two packs, which we ate all. They were just the right amount of sweet and sour. The reason I took off a star was because some of the juice spilled out from the radish and made the bag soggy, and although we ordered a whole chicken, they only gave us one chopstick and fork....come on at least put two.

Been craving korean fried chicken for a while, and this hit the spot! You sit at a table, they take your order and the server bot brings out your meal. Ordered lunch box meal, gizzards, fried dumplings and it was excellent. We get korean fried chicken everywhere we travel , if they have an asian area, and this is definitely one I'll come back to. Every item we ordered was delicious!
