We went on a Friday night around 6pm so it was not too crowded. It was nice to see all the kids having a good time playing the mini golf course, but I wanted to play too. We got to the table, which a sign at the door told us to seat ourselves, and grabbed a menu. The food listings had me drooling from the descriptions, I didn't need pictures. The prices were very affordable. I liked the fact that we could order from our phones and start a tab without waiting for someone to take our order. I ordered the Philly Tots, which the menu warns that it's enough for 2 or more but I didn't listen. It comes with grilled onions and bell peppers, banana peppers, cheese steak sliced beef, and cheese sauce on the side. It was really delicious and fresh. My friend had the Be The BBQ which is a BBQ chicken wrap with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion. He liked it, but it wasn't as spectacular as the Philly Tots. After we finished eating, we played a round of golf, which was my friend's first time. It was only $10 per person. We both had a blast even though we sucked at it, and we couldn't help but laugh at ourselves.

We really liked this place as something new and different. We ate and tried some of their beers, and golfed as well. It was fun to have something active to do while hanging out with friends. Beer and food were both good. Spicy stuff is very spicy, FYI. Ordering via phone has a learning curve, and could be improved, but the service was very prompt.

Came to visit KC for a weekend trip and ended up at Craft Putt just from looking at things to do near me. Had a super fun time playing the mini golf and drinking some of the local craft beers! Highly recommend to anyone visiting to get a fun taste of what the area has to offer! If I were a local, this would be a regular stop for me!

The bartender Tyler is awesome, he’s very nice and he cares about the customer. I think he needs a raise. He makes awesome drinks and has excellent recommendations if you’re not sure what to get! Came for the golf but stayed for the awesome food and service!

Terrible service. Food took so long that we got through an entire game plus half an hour and it still didn’t show. mini golf was fun but short.

I tried calling multiple times to ask questions prior to booking a $200 large party reservation but no one answers the phone here; should have taken a clue and moved on with my search for a place to accommodate a large group.I gambled and booked it online anyways, because it sounded like it would be a really fun time for an adult birthday celebration with guests ranging in ages. The online form asked how many guests would be attending and at the time of the booking I had 20. The large party reservation online description says that you’re seated together and it includes golf as well as chips with queso and salsa.A few days prior to my reservation date, 4 of the people who I accounted for at the time of the reservation (over a month ago) had a death in the family and were unable to attend. One other guest was not feeling well and opted to stay home. I didn’t think this would be a big deal as far as the reservation was concerned since it cost me the same amount regardless, but apparently the staff on duty had a real problem with this because they continued to talk poorly about it from the minute we sat down until we left.Never being here before and not given any instructions via email prior to arrival, I walked in and told the “greeter” who I was and told him I would like to pay for my parties first round of drinks and I wanted to order appetizers for the table. I asked what the best way to do this was. This would have been a great time to explain that everything was done via QR code, but instead he blew me off and told me to talk to the bartender and showed us where my reservation was. When something is advertised as seated together as a group, I assumed it would be just that, but instead they had 3 separate tables/chairs with a sign on them “reserved”. It was really awkward and broke our party up. We were going to ask if it would be ok to push tables together, but after continuing to be ignored by staff, we pushed two of the tables together, so we could sit together as a group. Doing this did provide the staff something else to talk about while they enjoyed drinking together around the bar and not providing any service at all.The staff here acts like they hate the public and their jobs. Every interaction with them was painful. To the point that when we didn’t get any salsa with the chips, we were too afraid to ask for it.It was a disappointing experience, that could have been avoided with an email ahead of time with a “what to expect the day of your event”. If I had been provided that, I wouldn’t have had to ask any questions when I got there and would have known that it was a 100% hands off approach from the staff. The food and drink selection is good. This place has a lot of potential, but unless you are ok paying a lot of money to watch staff take shots and drink beer while talking poorly about your group during your time there, sticking to the dirty floor, and figuring everything out yourself, then this is not your hole in one event space.
