I live within walking distance of this location. I came here because I wanted to try their new s'mores cheesecake, simply to go. I am in the service industry, server, and have been for twenty years.I understand being busy and I am a patient person, but if I sit down at a bar and wait ten minutes and the bartender doesn't even acknowledge me that upsets me slightly. So I moved over to the computer that was right in front of her and asked for a cheesecake to go. She said you'll have to give me a second, 'love'. So I walked up to the guy serving tables around the bar and asked for one to go and he said hold on I'm dealing with some stuff at this other table. He told his manager who was walking around and she relayed it back to the bartender, but after waiting over twenty minutes to try and order something to go, off their new menu they're trying to promote, it was time to go.

The food was fine. They have a great selection of fun games. Table service was slow and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get someone to operate their big VR game/ride. They were not very busy.

I don't have much good to say besides the games are fun and food isn't horrible. The main problem is who brought it. I had a server that was perfectly fine until a manager named Michelle decided to bring my drink along with an attitude. She's rude not only to me but I've also seen her yell at employees. Do better with your hiring process Dave and Busters!

I’m freshly 21 and I ordered one drink and was served, as both of my valid forms of ID were taken by one bartender. When I went to get another drink later on I was refused to be served by a different bartender even after showing both valid forms of ID again. So that was a bummer!!!!The worst part of my whole experience tonight was the BATHROOMS! Honestly, I’d add a picture to show it but I think google would take it down because how vile it was in there. Mind you, we went on a Sunday & it was St Patricks Day so needless to say, it was not busy whatsoever.Almost all of the stalls were clogged and the one of three that wasn’t had fecal matter all over the seat. I’ve literally used port-a-pottys that were cleaner than this bathroom.My boyfriend said that the men’s bathroom wasn’t any different.I will give one positive and that is that the food was better than expected.
