Used to love going here. Just went in and got my favorite sandwich and apparently consistency is not their game anymore. I got the Bell st bomb sandwich and it was so skimpy on ingredients it was just a major disappointment. The lack of care and poor management must be an issue. They need to step up their game or they will soon close like the rest of their stores. Really sad. Unfortunately won’t be going back. This is how businesses FAIL.

We were visiting with family here. I ordered a Ruben sandwich and a salad. The salad was a pretty big portion and they gave me a half full 2oz cup of dressing. I asked for extra Dressing. The lady never came back so I went to the counter and asked the lady for the dressing and also some spicy mustard the lady shocked me and said in a very rude and mean way that I charge for that. She said yes and walked away. I would never return to a restaurant that charged for mustard after changing 14.00 for a crappie sandwich with no dressing and dry meat. I couldn't even eat it. ?

Order two matzo ball soups. Got no matzo ball with no chicken order. Two potato latkes got one order. Place is gone downhill ever since covet when they close there other location because they're so freaking woke will never go back they should close this location on Metcalf also. It's a joke. There's never anybody in there. I don't even know how they stay open now

Food was alright, tried chicken parm sandwich, ny style cheese slice , wife had Calzone which I didn't really care for when I tried it and we split some garlic knots which again I didn't really care for. Sandwich and slice were ok nothing special. Did get a slice of cheese cake which was very good bumping this up an extra star. Father in law got a Rueben but I didn't see it so can't say much about it. Will return to try more of the deli items because I have heard they're very good but we didn't get any today.'

Came in for lunch on a Saturday. They said they only had 1 cook and he was doing dishes so food option were going to be limited. Won't be back if they can't serve food.
Another first try for this pizza restaurant. It is a counter order and you order by the slice. The slice I got was deluxe and made to order I think because it came out piping hot fresh from the oven. My sister had a side salad that was large enough for two people and very good and fresh. I wasn't able to take pictures because we were hungry and just dug in. I will be back the next time I am in KC. We tried the cranberry cake also and it was great.

I ordered a sandwich....simply put, bread was old. Like day old. How is this possible for a "NY style deli"?

Ordered sandwiches to go today to take home to Wichita. Damn do we need a d’bronx there!! The young lady at the counter provided absolutely exceptional service, including making sure dressing for the sandwiches was provided separately to avoid a soggy sammy due to the long drive. Orders were fantastic. Hope d’bronx keeps going.
