This is the second time in a row where my order was wrong even though on the receipt it says “no cheese” on it. Like I do not understand how the orders can be messed up when making it. You literally look at the screen/ticket number and see it. This just shows the employees don’t pay attention to the order customization.

Bad way to start the morning at this Dunkin. The girl working was extremely rude and told us they weren't serving anything on the food menu so we just ordered our coffee and it tasted like water. She said have a good day with attitude and I looked up at her and she yelled it again while looking at me. Not sure what her deal was but just putting this review on here to tell people not to go to this location unless you want terrible service, no food, and water instead of coffee.

My only experience at Dunkin', was a horrible one. Their donuts, are horrible, compared to other big name brands. Just not as good. Starbucks coffee is my choice. So, as you see, I don't go to Dunkin'.

So I think the reason that this location has such low ratings is because there were definitely some employee issues about a year ago. I came in today to a bunch of new faces, very friendly, completely work oriented and even though they were busy and there were only two of them working they still kept the line moving and got people in and out in a short amount of time. It is kind of an inconvenience that there is no drive-through but I would still come into this location.
