It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I used to love first watch. It was more expensive than Ihop but the quality far and away exceeded so the value was much greater. The manager and staff at this location are also wonderful and quick to answer any complaint politely and go over and above to make it right… when they are there… but there are many complaints and honestly the staff are few and far between. The quality of food for the amount you must pay is just insane. $13 for the trifecta now, and it’s just not $13 worth of food. They have changed older meals to be smaller and cheaper while still charging more and they are very understaffed as mentioned.I realize these are all issues of the current economic crisis which many of my neighbors I’m sure will continue to vote for more because of an irrational fear of orange man bad… but it’s just not worth going back to when I can make the same meal at home for astronomically less expensive with better ingredients and larger portions for my family. Breakfast is one of the easiest and fastest meals to make.

Great place to get breakfast or brunch. Their juice bar is excellent, hopefully they expand this in the future.

This location was disgusting. I didn't eat much of my meal, the potatoes were still raw/hard. My biscuit was dry, and the gravy had no flavor. I left most of my food sitting on my plate. It's going to be a long time till I can attempt to eat at another first watch. We usually go to the one on 7 hwy in Olathe really wish we would have went to that location.

Great breakfast food. I eat there at least twice a week. Great menu. Traditional bacon, eggs, fried potatoes w/onions and toast is prepared perfectly every time. This may sound werd, but their multi-grain toast is to die for. I understand it is made special for the First Watch franchises. Also, they NEVER let your coffee run out. Good job, First Watch!!!

So many great menu options and everything is always so fresh and delicious! The steak and bacon breakfast video currently (Jan '24) on the specials menu is SOOO good. I recommend that or anything else with their potatoes which are so good and fresh.

Worst company ever for “to go” They have massive waits, 30 minutes passed the time expected. Wow, that’s absolutely horrible. I wish these companies understood. Our time is very valuable that’s why we order ahead and waiting at the store for 35 minutes is not Ok. This seems to be consistent No Matter which location We Visit. Very Disappointed. I see all the great reviews Unfortunately not my experience.

Accommodating for food allergies, even wheat, milk and egg which is most breakfast foods. I just told the server about all the different allergies for each person and they put little toothpicks in the food labeled “allergy” to be sure the cooks were aware.
