Fabulous! They have something for vegetarians, health nuts, carnivores (my hubby) and closet foodies (that's me!). I had the Bacado omelet, which was excellent. I especially loved the side of greens with the delicate house-made lemon vinaigrette. My hubby had the short rib omelette, which was basically tender pot roast blanketed in fluffy eggs. He also had a blueberry pancake, which was wonderful! Our server Lanie was exceptional- knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Will definitely be back and bring friends! Delicious and original!

First the service was awesome and the restaurant made “it right”. I ordered the pumpkin pancake breakfast and asked for pecans to be added. There were no pecans and the center of the pancake was raw. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and I knew better for ordering this item. The kitchen cooks by the color of the food and is fooled by the darker color of the pancake. First Watch is a nice restaurant, but don’t order the pumpkin pancake.

We went for breakfast and from the time we walked in the door to finishing our meal it was wonderful. Our waitress was fabulous. We asked for recommendations and she was spot on! I had the mushroom hash and I loved it. I can’t wait to go back. I can’t say enough good things

I ordered togo. They did seat me in a booth, my server was so sweet. He didn't mind I was just doing a juice and a togo order. I had the carrot juicer while I waited which was nummy, a bit different it good! I brought the morning meditation for later & that was a bit too funky for me. The drink was gorgeous, but I think the turmeric or ginger were too overpowering for me. Fun to try though! I had the Market Skillet Hash, loved all the mushrooms, onion, taters, egg & the creamy cheese or sauce! Yum!

Nice casual atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch only. They have a nice variety of healthy juice drinks. My wife and I both got the Watermelon Wake Up and it was very tasty. I got the Mexican Street Corn Hash and a side of the Million Dollar Bacon. Both were good, however I wish the hash had more chorizo in it. It was pretty crowded but we were seated in about 10 minutes. We will go back here for sure
