The AC wasn't on or not keeping up, and they had the doors open while it was raining. That made things very humid. Humidity and pool just don't mix. Drinks were not good and expensive. Food isn't what it used to be. Disappointing, it used to be one of my favorites.

Once they take your order they really don't even want to have any kind of conversation with you. The food was average. As far as hospitality, just was not there and the place hardly had any people in it.

wife and i went in and waited to be seated. 5 employees visible, and 4 customers there in total. after 5 minute wait, bartender says "sit anywhere you want". we didnt get menus to look at, we sat down and waited about 10 minutes for a server, none came. We starting getting mad, waited another 5 minutes, then left. It was Sunday 4/28 at 530pm, which i would consider dinner rush. i guess i understand why there were NO CUSTOMERS at dinner rush - because you guys hate money and your employees are bought into a culture of being lazy and hoping someone else will do the work. We used to come in periodically. that was our last visit.
Service was terrible! Server messed up 3 out of 9 of orders. Son's pizza didn't come out until after entire family had eaten all their food (came out 15-20 mins after everyone else's). Server wouldn't admit he forgot to order his food just kept saying it would be 5 more mins. Didn't refill drinks. It was a birthday dinner celebration and hands down worst birthday dinner ever. Only saving grace was the food was good once we got it.

Bartender was drowning due to call outs and large parties with visible tears in her eyes. Manager comes out talking on what appears to be a personal phone call, before grabbing a Red Bull and going back to her office. In my experience in the food industry managers are there to support shift workers when calls outs/ when large parties get out of control.Sad to see managers not looking out for their own employees.
