The portions are great for the price and type of place, but there NEVER seems to be enough staff working on morning and late night shifts. Your left coNstantly waiting, and then you receive cold food as a result. Cook and Delivery time to table need to be better coordinated. I’m currently here as I type this. They close at 10:30, I arrived at 10:12 and was denied service even though there was a couple dining at a table.If you close at 10:30, you stop taking customers at 10:30, not 10:12.

I love IHOP! I've never been to this location but it was really good. The service was great but everyone was seated on one side so I'm not sure if they were short staffed. The greeter also was helping in the back and he was awesome! I had to ask for water from our waitress but other than that it was a great experience!

This is by far the worst IHOP we have ever been to! Bad service and food we even waited almost a year then tried again had another terrible experience. Go to the one on 119th it’s way better and food is always good along with the service! If I could give zero I would. Waste of money!

Our service it was great!Went in with the kids for a 6:00 p.m. dinner after sports...The coffee was almost tar it was not fresh within with last 6 hours. And while I was expecting diner style and quality food, I was not expecting that rancid oil taste on my food. I couldn't finish.The kids loved their pancakes.... And the server was sweet and attentive.

We went there and the service service was the worst that we have ever had. Everyone was dressed in Pajamas not clothes, the guy later came out and comped our kids food, one waitress totally ignored was completely, now we understand that it's a holiday and but that's just unacceptable, after this we will not be back ever, and I'd the staff is this bad then management is worst and letting this happen. We did leave a 5 dollar tip only because we thought maybe they were short handed and were having a bad day but that should not matter, we should get the same service every time.
