While visiting a study site during a business trip, my hosts ordered lunch in for me from Jade bowl. I had the chicken with cashew nuts, which came with fried wontons and hot & sour soup. Food was tasty and portions was generous.

If you know what to order here, you are going to get some great food. Something else you should know: like a lot of great hole small Chinese restaurants, some of the best dishes aren't on any menu; just ask at the counter for what the staff eats. You will get some fantastic dishes. For a while I did work near this restaurant off and on, and this is a great stop for cheap, solid food.

I needed 17 orders of rice for a kindergarten party. Jade Bowl was awesome and was so friendly when it came to getting the order together. They even offered to open early so I could pick it up and get it to the class in time. Great customer service and the kids loved it. AAAA++++
First time, disappointment. I ordered extra garlic and asked for my meal to be spicy, there was No garlic and No spice, bland and tasteless food.... Waste of $12 bucks

The service seems decent, but the food is extremely bland. Tried 4 different dishes from different parts of their menu, everything tastes the same.Dishes which are indicated as being "spicy" are not even remotely spicy, again they taste the same as the regular dishes. The General Tso's has about as much spice as maple syrup on pancakes.
