The customer service here’s is always great. The staff is always friendly, food is always good, and they’re usually very busy but that doesn’t change staff attitudes. I did have a slight issues but a woman over the phone, that starts with an A, was more than helpful and nice.

The staff is always extremely friendly, and working hard. Every single person is always so nice. The manager is always actively involved. I LOVE that they give you a normal size water cup! Most places assume you’re going to steal a fountain drink or punish you for not buying a drink by giving you a tiny little water cup. Great team

Personally, I think a bit overpriced for what I'm getting. A sandwich, chips, and a drink is almost $15. Some do think it's a great sandwich being made by sandwich "artists," but hey, it's my opinion. Thanks.

Tried being nice to the guys who made my sandwich by saying "have a nice day" as I was walking out. Not a single one said anything back, and I knew they heard me because half of them were looking right at me. Great way to make your customers feel welcomed.

Husband picked up some sandwiches for dinner. 10/10... 20/20 I see why they call them the Jersey Goats (greatest of all time)!!! Chipotle steak philly was the best I've had out here meat was tender and loaded up, chipotle sauce was hitting the only thing I'd like was more peppers. The rosemary parm bread was so soft and takes you to flavortown. Customer service was outstanding. Meat was tender sandwhich was warm and my tummy is singing all night. Can't wait to go back and try something different. Highly highly recommend.

Always working hard every time I come here. This is a very very busy store. Nine times out of 10 Your order is ready but sometimes you might have to wait. I recommend ordering ahead if you get a chance to save time waiting in line and waiting for them to if you don’t like fountain drinks they also have soda in the bottle or some Celsius bubbly as well Mountain Dew looks like that’s their product.

I've loved Jersey Mike's and their Gluten Free subs for years but todays was EXCEPTIONAL!! The GF sub was so soft and the meat had incredible taste. Seriously a PERFECT sub.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Subs

Real meat! No gray cold cuts like the average sub shop. Glad they came to our city! I recommend them.

The sub was great! But I don’t know if the guy cutting the meat is the manager or not. He really needs to learn how to speak to people. Do not go into Jersey Mike’s that often, but first time being talked to like an idiot.Also he seems a little uptight and Might need a massage or a day off.
