I live 7 streets away on Metcalf and this location will routinely take 1.5 hours to deliver a plain ham and cheese. I cannot recommend if you need a sandwich "freaky fast".

Don't order delivery or curbside pickup from this location.The last time I did delivery it took over an hour and 45 minutes for it to show up, and that was only after I called them an hour and a half later to ask what happened and to cancel my order.So today I tried curbside. Parked, checked in, waited 5 minutes and then finally walked in and was told: "Oh, it is probably on the shelf right there(for in store pickup)..... Sorry, the cubside thing doesn't alert us blah blah blah" And this was from the guy just standing around talking when I walked in.This is simple: If you can't handle delivery THEN DON'T OFFER DELIVERY.If you can't provide curbside THEN DON'T OFFER CURBSIDE!

Left my delivery on my porch with no knock or call/text, so I just found it. They forgot items for my delivery order, then just wanted to credit them off instead of bring them out... And also didn't cut sandwiches or give napkins.?

I live down the road from this Jimmy John’s, and for the second time it took over an hour for delivery to arrive. I would not recommend ever ordering delivery from this particular Jimmy John’s, you’re better off using doordash or another app to get your food delivered from here.
