Always a good time here.. The pastries have been tasty each time. The environment is fun. However the specialty/seasonal flavors can be a 50-50 shot of actually being worth the chance of trying something new.Tried the rum raisin today and it's not drinkable for me after one taste, so venture into that one with caution.

Small selection but unique. They sell Flights and have special menu that changes. Not sure how often. Has a 70's atmosphere. Fun checking out the blasts from. The past. We plan on going back with a group to try the flights. Highly recommend checking Jinkies out.

Coffee was below average. Got a coffee flight and was expecting unique flavors and they all tasted the same except maybe the smallest hint of different flavoring. Also didn't call our names for the order so even the decorations on the flight had melted off by the time we got it. For food, we got a pop tart that tasted like a cookie in a bad way and a bagel that was decent but nothing special. Overall a disappointing and expensive experience.

The Dude
I went in to get a lemonade I heard was really good and proceeded to hear an employee get fired in front of everyone in the restaurant, and as far as I could see the reason she was fired seemed to be misunderstood and I didn’t see it happen. Maybe it occurred at an earlier point but it made the atmosphere seem extremely hostile in the shop. The lemonade was pretty good though.

Came here for a meeting, it's OK. Appalling amount of sugar in all their drinks. I had a seasonal Christmas drink, asked for 1/2 sugar. Not sure what roaster they use. Like the 70s vibe & 70s music they play, may come back to work one day just for that.

What a lovely mother-daughter duo! These ladies are incredibly friendly. The atmosphere and vibe are wonderfully groovy, and the coffee is fantastic! I tried a coffee flight (dairy-free) with Studio 54, Aquarius, Bonjour & The Zodiac – all were delicious. Also, got a Grease Lightning to-go! Seriously, I could not say enough good things about this coffee shop. If you haven't been already, you should definitely add it to your list!

Went in for a vanilla latte and came out with a literal latte without vanilla flavor. They were not busy at all so I don’t know how this could’ve happened other than not paying attention or doublechecking. Also would be great to have a early morning coffee shop option other than Starbucks but Jinkies does open until 8am ?

I was told this was a must in Overland Park- and that was so true! Not only was the shop itself absolutely adorable and decorated beautifully but it was also so fun and upbeat. Not to mention the coffee was amazing. I got a flight of four mini lattes from their seasonal menu and branched out and I truly loved it all! And the next day I saw they changed their seasonal menu and it looked even more delicious.
