I ordered a cookie basket for same day delivery at literally the last minute to bring some joy to my boyfriend’s day. Even though it was last minute, they were so sweet and got it delivered within 2 hours! Thank you so much for helping me make the day of such an important person in my life!

I was in the market for a specialty cookie basket but wanted to create my own theme rather than choosing one off of the website. I spoke to Michaela on the phone (I actually live in Denver the basket was just going to Overland Park) and she helped me through designing two cookie baskets along with shipping them to the correct addresses. I was so surprised at how easy it was having no idea before I called what I would need to do. Michaela was so patient, helpful, and friendly! I would 100% recommend cookies by design, their cookies are delicious! -Brenden

I ordered cookies to be delivered to an elderly friend today on her birthday. The delivery driver dumped the cookies on a porch 2 blocks over. I assume the delivery company is a separate entity but I would think they could utilize Google maps to find a correct address. Luckily my friend's neighbors are honest and she received them late this evening. Way too much money to spend on something delivered so sloppily. I have ordered from here for years but I won't again.

My daughter delivered a Thanksgiving selection of decorated cookies and balloons to my front porch on Thanksgiving and I have rarely been so surprised and pleased in my life. My idea of heaven would be to have an assortment of their wonderful cookies for every holiday or event in the future. They have a customer for life!

Can't rate the cookies because I never ordered. I could not get past the terrible customer service. Rude and not helpful at all. By the looks of the other reviews there is one helpful and kind person and the other.....not so much!
