I did a pick up order and the host had an attitude as soon as I walked in. She went back to get my food and handed it to me. I said thank you and she ignored me and helped another customer. It was pretty rude but I assumed she was just having a bad day, but you shouldn’t take that out on people. The food is okay, it’s kind of plain.

Had a great time. The food was extremely good. Service was wonderful. We came for the robot. It was really neat. Unfortunately, my 2 year old freaked out thinking the robot was going to hurt her. She is still having nightmares days later. That's probably on me. I though she would like it. So we had to take our food to go. Would come again, maybe when she's older.

We ordered delivery so can't rate service (other than accuracy of order) and atmosphere. The food is average. We paid for extra pickled radish and extra carrots in the signature stir fried noodles and if that was extra there must be one piece in the regular. Same for veggie stir fry and chicken stir fry---we paid for extra broccoli in both and there were about 3 pieces in the whole dish. Dishes are basically a whole lot of noodles and sauce. Dumplings and seafood salad were good.

Wife and I went on 1/27 it was chaotic because they where short staffed so we waited a long time before we got our food, but the food was great, best noodles I've had, the staff was apologetic for the long wait at least. I'd give this place a 5 star had the service been a little better.
Great experience here! Such a friendly staff! We were seated right away and drink order and appetizer took hardly 10-minutes to be enjoyed.You can order the noodles in different ways and watch them create your order from the table. I LOVED the round noodles - so tasty!Nothing was bad - all food was fresh and delicious. And the delivery by the kitty robot was just a nice touch!
Take out order took over an hour wait. Employee was absolutely unapologetic about it.

food is always great - but today we ordered online at around 10:30 showed up at 10:55 to pick up and were told that they don't open till 11 - fine .. waited 15 min... watched people come in and sit down and be served... got food at 11:15 - ice cold... and looked at the receipt and realized that the cashier shorted us $2... pretty awful experience today for a place that my family typically visits once a month or so... not sure we can come back after this experience
