Holy crap! Ordering 3 kids happy meals that were exactly the same except for drinks was like pulling teeth. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times. We are told there is no ranch! How do they not have ranch? Then we get to the window and they give us large drinks which we did not order, messed up the happy meals, and no straws. Will never come back to this location.

the service was aweful! it started when their app died so instead of ordering online like usual I went through the drive thru having to repeat myself multiple times, first window entered the wrong code for my order,second window the lady was just rude, as im looking through my bag for sauces, she pretty much implys I'm lying when I say theres no sauce and ask for some. then when I called the manager was rude, and just didn't care about how aweful her employees were treating customer, unfortunately this isn't my first bad at this location but it was definitely the worst and will be the last.

Ever time I've been here and use the restroom one of the Mexican workers come in banging on the restroom door saying hurry up he has to clean the bathroom. He even looked under the door a couple times. I told the other workers and they did nothing about it.

My daughter is obsessed with McDonald's so one evening on our way home from Costco I stopped by here to get her dinner through the drive thru. Honestly it was a pretty seamless event. We pulled up, my kiddo told me what she wanted, we ordered, and it came out quickly. No errors, just what you would expect from your local McDonald's location. I'm not a huge McD's fan, but since my kiddo loves it, I'm sure we'll drive thru here again if we're in the area.

McD app decided I'd be ordering from this store instead of the one I'd already picked. App FAQ says call the store to cancel, so I called the store. Staff told me to cancel in the app, they can't do anything. Well, there's no cancel option in the app. Told them as much, so they just said to wait until the order times out. Now I've got the extra fun of contacting McD corporate so that I can get the CC charge dropped.

Absolute worst service at drive thru. Took 2 mins to respond when no other cars were in the second drive thru lane, then refused to take my order and said I had to go inside when they then took orders from other cars that eventually showed up in the second drive thru lane. Was this part of some hidden camera tv show?On previous visits, they shorted my orders and ripped me off.Never eat at this McDonald's unless you enjoy rudeness, incompetence, and theft.

Ordered Double Cheeseburgers. Rolled up to the first window and was asked if I had the McDoubles. Nope I had the double cheeseburgers. He couldn’t find double cheeseburgers. I went on ahead to ask the next person if they don’t make double cheeseburgers anymore. He and someone else told me Double Cheeseburgers and McDoubles are the same. Rather than causing a scene I made my way home. Ppl need to know that there is a clear difference between the two burgers. The extra slice of cheese does make a difference on how the burger actually tastes and that’s why I wanted the DOUBLE CHEESEburgers. If McDonald’s doesn’t serve double cheeseburgers that’s definitely fine, but do not say that it’s the same because it clearly is not.
