Mi Ranchito is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the KC metro.There is a ton of space to dine in inside and they have an outdoor patio to eat too.The menu has a great variety.Their chips and salsa are good.I always order the carne asada with rice and flour tortillas. The carne asada was juicy.The place wasn’t too busy.
Yummy as always. Only one thing I would change. The mango was a little unripe in the salad but the rest made up for it.

Was there 3 weeks ago and used a new gift card. Went back yesterday to use the remainder of the card and was told it was empty. I'm thinking the original waiter drained the card, but they say there's no way to fix it. It all seems very shady to me. I won't be returning.

Man, I used to love this place. I gave it one more chance, and now I'm finished.Espinaca tasted like it had been refrigerated for a week, and then set out on the shelf to warm up.The burrito tasted like Dinty Moore poured onto a Mission vrand tortilla.

I have loved eating at Mi Ranchito until today. I always order the same meal with 3 ground beef enchiladas and have NEVER had an issue and then today I am told that I have to pay extra. Wow are you kidding me. So sad to lose another Mexican restaurant. Really sucks!!

My favorite Mexican restaurant outside of downtown. Big portions, great taste, and very consistent. If you do carryout/delivery lots of free chips and salsa with your order. Good value in the combo plates. Try the enchiladas and crispy beef taco.

Went on a Tuesday night. The special was Taco Tuesday $1.00 tacos. GREAT! Was seated and chips and salsa brought out fast, but that was all that was fast. Drink oder took to long, and the waited for almost 15 min before the waitress finally cam to take order. We got the $1 tacos and the were just ok. Had to ask twice for more salsa just to start eating. And by time we got it... Said tacos were getting soggy. Sorry to say we won't be back here!
