8;30 at night and didn't have many options, not very helpful. They had a line of people all the way to the door and failed to have enough food and accommodate most of the customers.The sweetfire chicken breast was awful also it tasted old and very chewy.

Came in during the lunch rush (right around noon), but were served quickly and efficiently. Found seating for the 4 in our party easily, the food was fresh and delicious.

The food quality has gone done alot and the customer service/service is lacking. The last time I went there, they didn't have any fresh cooked food and almost all of the tables hadn't been cleaned. The cooks were on their phones and the manager that day was also on her phone, instead of tending to customers and her employees to make sure fresh food was being prepared. I don't know her name but, the Asian manager when she's there is the most friendliest, always smiling, greets us like family and always makes sure we get our money's worth in portions. She hasn't been there the last 2 or 3 times I've been which is the reason for my ratings .
