Waited for 1 bagel. Other orders had to be made and were ready and served while i waited to get help as my order was "ready" but no one could find it. After finally getting attention from the manager, he looked as confused as I did for 1 bagel order. I walked out, didn't stop to get my $ and won't come back.

It’s best to avoid this place, staff are so arrogant.

Manny the manager on duty in the evening actually opened the doors when I was 2 minutes late and re-made some hot tea for me! I am a Sips club member, and this kind of service is why I spend a LOT of money in Panera on food!!!! Manny is the best - totally converted me from Starbucks where I usually go!!!

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I don't think she understood English. Didn't repeat our order. Started making the wrong drink. Had to tell her thats the wrong drink. Then we waited 20 minutes and they didn't call our name. Got ignored when up to the counter and seen sandwich that was probably sitting there for 20 minutes then it happened to be only one sandwich. When we ordered 2 sandwiches. I said $16 for one sandwich and 2 drinks. All she had to do is repeat our order and tell us the pick up place. Very expensive. So sad. We shared one sandwich. Very sad service.

Do not come here for dinner. They won't have any food. Came at 7pm on a Saturday freezing just wanting soup in a bread bowl and they're out of everything. Why be open?

I have been a fan of Panera Bread . I went there recently for their Squash soup with soft seeds on top. I get it every year as it is sooooo good.

Used to be a great place for lunch, but not anymore. Ordered a Pick Two with a Fuji Apple Salad. The salad was very small and all weird lettuce with stems. Toast on Grilled Cheese Sandwich was burned. Diet drinks at the fountain were not working. Silverware was dirty. No thanks as price for all this was way beyond quality of food.

Wonderful, hot food with such a nice variety of yummy breakfast items. Outside seating on a beautiful Sunday morning with good friends was icing on the cake. Service was spot on!

The Panera was up to standard in service and food. Was able to walk from our hotel and had no problem finding seating during busy lunch hour.

I ordered food to go, but decided to eat in. Had to throw away 25 to 30% of the lettuce in my salad due to slimy and wilting. When I pointed it out, the most I got was “yeah”.

Owners of this location, please be aware of who you hire to work for you. Don’t hire someone that will treat your customers like they are an inconvenience for them. Today, 8/27, in the morning, there was a short hair lady, with a pink shirt, that was so rude with the customers. She doesn’t look at anyone. She doesn’t smile, she barely answers a question. When she does, she replies very quietly and to the minimum like you are bothering her with your questions. She also knew I was waiting for my order for a long time at the waiting area, and she put my to go order at the cashier balcony without letting me know. So another employee came and asked me if by any chance I was waiting for the order that was by the cashier. She is probably having a very bad day and is discounting on everyone. I just don’t understand how business owners hire people who mistreat their customers like this. Also, place seemed to be down on staff and service was very slow.

Just ordered family feast which is suppose to serve 4 people. Yeah right. Who are they feeding 4 small kids ? It might feed 2 people. TOTAL RIP OFF!! Save your money and go else where. I chose to her fresh instead of packaged panera soup from grocery store. I should have done that route. $22 for a container of soup that might feed 2 people. Panera bread you need to rethink your sizes and prices. Get a grip.
