Absolute horrible management. There is no scheduling accommodations for weather. Orders get backed up with only one cashier/cook and then 1 driver. I truly feel sorry for the woman that got slammed with 10 orders on a Monday because it was raining. This leaves a horrible impression on customers and food delivery companies

Ordered a 14” LARGE Meats pizza. Had to wait over 30+ minutes for my food. After the app said it was “done” I had to wait another 10 minutes inside.. I order this pizza frequently but the two staff members were very rude. Look at the size of this pizza… this a medium size not a 14”

NO SAUCE! Didn’t get sauce. Only reason I ordered. Pizza was wrong. Wings weren’t done. Bread sticks were okay but no sauce. Called to get money back and they hung up on me after 6m on hold.
I rated the food part full 5 stars because they food be on point, but their employee Maddy was hella disrespectful. Props to manager for keeping it partially 100 but Maddy, you need to be let go frfr. Shoot, even ya tone tells us you hate ya job… long story short didn’t end up getting our pizza… thanks MaddyP.S Cheese stuff crust is ????

Seriously was just delivered!!! Ordered a works pizza and ask for half to not have the olives and Canadian bacon instead they just throw it all in the middle! Also didn't deliver 75% of my items delivered. No wonder this industry is dead. Do better you twats! How was this approved to go out?!

Cooked fully, prepped sloppy which is why only four stars (can't add photo for some reason)but I don't care, these guys have their act together and it was on time and no weirdness like at the dominoes across the way. I'll try again and hopefully get one that isn't leaking all over me and my car and looks like someone revenge shook it because I didn't tip on a $5 carry out order. Giving benefit of doubt that it was just someone in a major hurry. These guys are busy and rightfully so!

I order from this particular location often. I ordered yesterday, pizza arrived - not what I ordered. I caught the driver, he took it back said he'd have them fix the right one & get it out asap. I called the store an hour later, they hadn't made it, but would & would refund me & get it out asap - but they only have one driver. It's now 3 hours since my original order, no pizza, I'm hungry & getting cranky. I call again. They say he's already left with my order. I ask when did he leave. I'm met with a very curt - "I don't know, I wasn't up here when he left". I ask for the manager - once again in a very rude tone replies "I am the manager". I told her she had some pretty crappy customer service. Needless to say, I never got my pizza & I haven't seen a refund either. I love their pizza's, but I will NOT order from them again. If you're having a bad day, don't rail on your customers, they are why you have a job.

Kinda gross how a delivery driver was helping make the food luckily he didn't touch my pizza didn'tsee him wash his handsor put on gloves . I like how the cashier didn't touch the food like other pizza places, many cashier don't wash their hands, and I ended up asking for a refund and leaving.
