The pho is better than average but the service and atmosphere is lackluster. The restaurant is clean, but getting in and out of the parking lot where the restaurant is located is awful. We have also had poor QC, with barely 3/4 full containers. For $14 (chicken) that is unacceptable.

Got a large pho here and it was smaller than most medium phos. Went somewhere else to eat more afterwards. Still haven’t found anything as good as Pho Tuoi in KC.

Food was ok. Wife ordered beef soup, it was great, I ordered berbecue chicken with rice. Chicken was cold and tasted old.

It was very weird and staff was really awkward. Veggies are in a serve yourself buffet bar, but there weren't multiple utensils to use. Food overall was good, but atmosphere and service was bad.Vegetarian options: Not very many veggie only options

The pork banh mi was delicious & I’ll definitely return to try the rest of the menu. Same great flavor as the Vietnamese food scene in the Bay Area.

I was disappointed in my experience for dinner here. The food was either bland or tough/overcooked and the crab Rangoon sauce was very strangely sweet.

Couldn’t enjoy my food from having to swat gnats away so much. Location isn’t the cleanest. Pho was just okay. Egg rolls were plain sad and spring rolls were okay. I didn’t order drinks here. Although i wanted to order the Vietnamese coffee, they said they didn’t serve it at that time (3pm Monday). No service at all. It’s actually all self service. We couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

My new favorite pho spot! I was even able to replant the fresh basil they gave me!I always get it to go so I’m not sure about the self service option others are referring to. The egg roll did change to a fried one which I didn’t like. Rolled it on a napkin and it was straight grease! but other than that, broth is delicious by itself and with everything addedParking: Depending on how busy the plaza is parking shouldn’t be a problem.

Awesome, family friendly atmosphere with amazing customer service. O ya, and the food was beyond expectations!!
Goodness.. we went from a 5 star to 1. We hadn't been back in a couple years and it is a completely different place. You completely serve yourself (and clean up after yourself), the portions are tiny now. The broth had no flavor, the meat was all fat. The prices went up quite a bit, which i understand if they didnt cut out more than half the food they used to give you.. Just a very disappointing experience overall.

Started eating there when it first opened. Charming full service restaurant with incredible egg rolls and shrimp rolls. Stayed consistently good until a few months ago. Don't know if they sold the place or the economy forced them to cut back, but they switched to a self-service cafeteria style which is amazingly non-user friendly. Want water? Go get it. Want ice for you water? Go to another place and get it from the big industrial maker. Be sure to use your hands, I'm sure the kid before you did.Food? Recipes changed. The egg rolls I used to crave are fried to the point of being a Lincoln Log and the addicting flavor is gone. Spring Roll sauce is runny and flavorless. You are also expected to bus your table after eating. As I was eating I was wondering what was the advantage to the customer for changes like this. Food is not less expensive, food is not better and they no longer serve alcohol. We just ate our last meal there. So sad.

Great food! You order and pay before you sit down so be prepared for that. You’re expected to get your own water and soup add ins, like cilantro/bean sprouts/etc.

Suck part is that you have to order at the front desk, get your own food and the noodle all broken up just like you eat soup after you done eating you have to take your plate back to the rack. I would not recommend going to this
