We ordered at 6:00, got a text that said our order would be delivered at 7:04, we got our order at 8:00. The delivery driver yelled at me from the street and said that we owed him cash for the order and we had to call Uber about payment, but the order had already been deducted from our account. After many phone calls and many hang ups we were told that we would get credit for half which has not shown up in our account. Not happy with Pizza Hut!

Once again something was wrong with our order.Our previous order was stolen by the Door dash delivery driver. We were told that, that order would be discounted and still was not. We paid two delivery fees plus a tip to the driver that eventually delivered our order. Then after all of that or next order was delivered, missing part of our order. When immediately calling about the mistake with our order we were told to call back tomorrow and talk with the manager. I don't think we will be ordering again from Pizza Hut!

First they forgot our pizza in our online delivery order, then they refunded us so we had to go to the store to order it, then they made us wait longer than we were supposed to and were making orders behind us before us. All around a really annoying experience.

My wife ordered a pizza, and the delivery driver gave us the wrong one and left. Completely different name and address on the receipt. After calling the store, the employee was rude to my wife, and later myself when I called back. They said they never got an order number under my wife's name. I have the order number, and started to provide it. The employee cut me off and told me to call their customer service line. The customer service rep said he was locked out of our order.

What happened! First pizza here since covid and inflation. Super Supreme was mostly crust and a 1 or 2 pieces of topings per slice. Pathetic. Not returning.
