I’ve received non-diet soda a couple of times when I ordered diet. Also, this location seems to overcook their pizzas and under-sauce them. Consistently. Otherwise reliable spot.
The food is usually decent but the last two times I have ordered I get sent regular soda instead of diet. Why have diet as an option if you aren't going to deliver and before you say oh they must be out of that flavor, they have 3 different diets, they weren't substituted and last time I called and they had the diet, the delivery driver that comes to my location never selects the diet when bringing my order because they made him come back and deliver the correct ones. After the second time, I am done with them. I'm diabetic and don't need all the extra sugar.

I would like someone to contact me about my order. I have two different recipes from what I ordered online and what was brought with my food tonight. I have pictures of both receipts. The food was cold when we received it and breadsticks and soda never came! I called to request a refund for these items and the person that answered was rude and told me they couldn't refund it! They said they would send them out. After an hour of still not receiving these items I called the store again. I was told they were delivered to a Pittsburgh Kansas address and not the overland park address in which my other food was delivered to! When calling the store back I have not been able to get a hold of anyone except your customer service line in which I was told they pretty much can't do anything! This is unacceptable I work in food service and never complain because people make mistakes but at this point with the rudeness from the staff at this location and not being able to get ahold of anybody directly at the store I would like somebody to contact me and we will not order from you again!

With takeout it's hit or miss....that's it. Today thank you Pizza Hut at 87th St/Santa anf:efor making a great pizza. It was perfectly cook, the pan crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. It was so good, u te 3ò
